I think there is very good support at 3p.

I think it comes down to whether the long term multi-year XXX renewals happen or if they drop. When XXX came out people at institutions believed that nGtld's mattered. Even though XXX was not technically a nGtld - they did do a lot of defensive registrations. The rest of the ICM strings as you all can see is going nowhere fast.

Now after the fact, unfortunately the new G's just haven't gotten critical mass. Will the ICM defensive registrations renew? MMX made a very substantial bet that they will by buying them and going into the porno business. I hope it works for them. Personally I have my doubts and it will be a few years to actually see if they do or they don't. I am sure that Mr L will have a firm and bullish view on renewals because after all it is his book now.

No one in the crypto world that I know is even talking about dot luxe, much less buying a name.

We can hope that Donuts takes out MMX before they go public, simply because they would not want to have such a pathetically low valuation comparable in the public market.

If they were actually focusing on China where all the large premium sales were in dot VIP from the team on the launch, then why would they actually misspell dot gouwu in the press release? Looks like the market has drawn its own conclusion.

So if completion was in June, then in theory 75 million shares could be sold in October this year, correct? and the rest 12 months or so there after.

I don't think that shareholders worry about you selling especially as you appear to be actively promoting it now, but I do think the market may worry about Afilias. They don't have a dog in the race so to speak.

I wish the company well, and I had very high hopes for it. They always seem to manage though to grab defeat from the jaws of victory.

It is hard now in China to even get reasonable price discovery on VIP premium names. As for porno TLD's, I don't believe they are the London based institutions 'cup of tea'.

As for the likely uptake of dot luxe in ENS, just search that on Reddit.

Fred made a very kind post about the company on Facebook. We both wish the company well, but there are real reasons why the share price is down here.

Personally I believe you are either in the porno business or you aren't. Financial institutions from my experience can't stand next to this sector which I believe may have lead to a significant share overhang on the sell side together with other reasons.
