What failings? Im up over 400% on EEE, and majority although dont particularly enjoy me from earlier days, they respect me enough to listen to what I say. I have a large group, who invested on my promotion and have seeked my input many times.

You and Red locked into the mindset of Raising through dilution and thats what I mean by you heard it hear, and you are not a spokesperson your not even an investor. Does it mean dilution? It could, it may but until presented, hearsay. Here is what it says:
