I'm not sure what to make of trade volume last few days, in the 100s over a few investments but say TM1 looked high into over 300 trades from the usual like 35, but about 80% was 0.99p all at same buy in price, we had similar here at 9.99 all same value sp, maybe someone could shed light on.its activity meaning? Hedge funds balancing the books? Large investors dodging the fee? I can't make sense, it looked good, the volume but not entirely sure what it's about

After my wife's place of business and the flat above, we decided not to branch out on more property, the effort and time it consumed on our own home and repairs and maintenance there, she knows I just want to have what we have now and try enjoying it.

Weekends frigging tiling, plumbing and other bits does my head in.

I supported her through university twice, so she knows I deserve a break, and some of my goals and she will love Cyprus

But thats what we are all here for, ambition, goals, and capital to fulfil them.

Most looking to do it on retirement, I have worked hard enough to be 40 now, and perhaps do it much sooner.

Envisage quitting engineering, opening up a brunch type cafe, continental hours, pan European menu, from bits and bobs I've picked up across Europe, fresh produce, local resources and sustainable business. I don't talk about them, because most are rude, think every one is stupid, dumb or uneducated and going nowhere.

I'd happily move to more rural surroundings in UK, perhaps a project similar to your own, renovation but house prices are ridiculous, markets changing, square foot still dictates price, when the common necessity now is practicality, I've maxed out on my property outwards and upwards but market still decides the house value, even tho my house is hands down the largest and most practical in my area. Dissapointing really as I had it valued only couple months ago

Grandad used to spend 6 months of the year out there before he passed, they have a great love for the English especially retired military. But she has heart set on Cyprus, I see myself reriring to the garden, pottering around growing tomatoes staying away from people 🤣🤣

Well to be honest I don't gather any assumptions about people on forums, I just take people at face value, on how they speak or treat me here so keep doing what you're doing, smiling and waving the middle finger.

By guys in 10 years will be in the obituaries whilst I'll be most likely house hunting and emigrating to Cyprus with our young daughter once our other lot have flew the nest. So I've stopped caring what they say, inconsequential mate.
