If orders, Revenue and advanced acknowledgement of our abilities becomes at a stage we are able to revisit the site in mention, then perhaps PHE will develop further from the license and Royalties model they have currently adopted.

I'd disagree with that Testpack3, as its not really what he said. Yes licence and Royalties, and I've not heard or have knowledge Engsolve are doing upgraded versions to the current Kiln for suppliers as NH2 only signify intent not specifics or contractual information.

But if NH2 are saying they are using DMG to facilitate Hydrogen in that part of the continent, as is Macedonia, I'm unsure why the UK wouldn't follow suit.
