That is the state of play here, there isn't another 12 months, few RNS etc this is it!! I won't be encouraging people to buy, Ramp this as anything but a disastrous 18 months accumulated to this point, but the path laid out in black and white terms what needs to unfold and the pearly gates staring in the face.

My position is for holders, that its a hold, not buy, not sell just hold.

Anyone can sell, but given the position LTH is in, mentally writing this off and come what may is definitely a mindset id imagine they have.

I was tempted to sell all last year, but I'm here now, and unlike last year, zero positive deals or agreements, and so much up in the Air, now I have clarity. This will.be settled one way or another in the coming weeks.

Almost 30 million shares sold if you include the buy as a sell, things are certainly going on in the background. No PI is selling those numbers of shares at this point, so these in my eyes are sells stipulated through agreements

That is part and parcel I'm afraid, so we should never shy away from that but I do think the last was done very amicable as was in very high demand and should carry us for a good period of time although salarys will increase obviously. Grants will go a long way, or as Manlord has explained our lower tax allowance. We won't have both, and we may have to pony up again further down the line, but these have been good to shareholders so far. Clearly have an interest in making this find and its viewing in the future one of positive outcome, than headlines of a shareholder shafting that's for sure.

I dont do any charting here, but i do like to know where the levels are, where people are buying etc. Like when it was decreasing but 7.4p was holding well, and I recall you buying there around that hold. I had a feeling it would break, and when doing so bought mine Sub 7p. The charts count for nothing here, all about the progress, key stage developments. But I have to say, this guy has shook the market.

It's a statement, that we are not for sale, that we will bring in the personal to make this happen and they will have the caliber to do so. I personally think that's why the markets been on the fence, the industry will be aware of the size and significance, but will.be aware of Empires small stature and can they develop this alone. His acquisition shows strength of intent

I mean it's an educated guess Cev, I know guessing isn't a good word but the accumulated volumes above 10p are not as great as the ones lower, certainly ones between 6.4 to 7.8p are where the large volumes of shares are likely to hold support/resistance levels with decent amount of strength. If this starts moving above 12p, in a sort of decent speed expect a frenzy.

I get your points, it was a struggle for them to raise funds. I think the main positive surrounding this, and NH2 is as time goes on, so does sentiment globally towards these solutions. SAF, Hydrogen, these are still very much in their innovation and implementing stages. A lot changes in a year, each news article or global gathering, policy change and environmental issue pulls it towards being a solution. These issues are not going away, and the Hydrogen/SAF fuel implementing periods will become more frequent. It's all just a matter of timing, unfortunately still no word from the UK of course. Still stuck in a third world mentality shipping our taxes to every crisis abroad, still choosing international business over homegrown initiative. But i think if NH2 are really pushing our technology involvement, it only takes a fraction of time for winds to.change

I've just stated you are correct it's £10 million, sorry if I've confused that post.

Buried Treasurevis just being pedantic, specifically that we won't see it all as once it's transferred to us, we have thr commitments made in the RNS to other related party's to deduct.

But again, correct $10 million to TM1

But BT correct, it has stipulations involving third parties, so around £8 million left over.

As a result of the Transaction, Technology Minerals and Global Battery Metals Ltd ("GBML"), the Company's joint venture partner in the Leinster project, reached a Settlement Agreement to terminate the joint venture in exchange for an aggregate of 284,362 of the Consideration Shares to be delivered by Technology Minerals to GBML. In addition, GBML's outstanding exploration expenditures in the amount of €377,327.29 will be settled in Consideration Shares issued to the creditors. The Settlement Agreement remains subject to TSX-V approval and approval by GBML shareholders at an annual and special meeting of shareholders to be held in January 2025.
