Companies issue and investors invest in no par value stocks for reasons that include any of the following no par value shares benefits:

It's certainly a great perspective, why is he here to save us, but desperate to see it fail on us all the same. That's got to play with the mind a little, unless there is incentive in it really.

Same as you, you're just assuming, and making statements from a personal point of view, based on history of some investments. I'm sure he has had good ones, we all have, good and bad. J, swann simply sees it a formality, and I'd surmise considering this was done last year, finalised only last month and the shareholders meetings for third parties not dated till now. The timeframe may present hold up, snags etc. But it's just the specified dates of meetings for them, nothing has changed since April, or last month so I'm not expecting a crazy U Turn but it will be nice to get it over the line
