Well, I could say having only invested in 4 AIM stocks, 3 I can't/couldn't wait to get out of. Only 1, this is i can't seem to get enough in.

Now i know my confidence won't mean much to you, but look around. There is a lot of confident faces here, and elsewhere that have invested large sums, and energy with that confidence.

You won't find that most places on LSE, can guarantee that.

So follow your insects, what's your gut telling you, upon reading the company's direction and the sentiment amongst investors.

I'm not saying that, one of the reasons it took my time to reinvest was in what capacity his involvement was, his still has a influencing position due to his holding but decisions are made by others now, how much they decide above him is debatable and these are early failures but show his character when it comes to his view on his shareholder base. Which is none.

A lot of his current business relies on this success, so we have him by the balls so to speak, one question is does he have any outstanding options?

Since 1984 he has been director, major share holder and oversaw the demise, shafting and squirrelling of company after company up until his bankruptcy order in 2009 against him. Shambles of a record, here are some highlights.

"Howard had a bankruptcy order made against him in 2009. The bankruptcy was in relation to an outstanding loan to Barclays Bank PLC secured by a pledge of shares. The financial crisis led to a substantial devaluation of the shares and Barclays Bank PLC called in the loan. The loss to creditors was approximately £2 million.

In 2018, Howard was appointed a director of Harley Street Care Limited shortly after the appointment of an administrator. The company was dissolved and the loss to creditors was under £400,000.

Howard was a director of Zeldavale Limited when a liquidator was appointed in 1984. The company could no longer continue to trade due to its outstanding liabilities. The loss to creditors is estimated to have been under £500,000.

Done well for himself really, for simply being a consultant!! Clearly has some murky contacts and has leveraged his way into positions, and high share positions due to his connections without ever using any money and using shareholders to fund his opportunities. I'm not expecting numbers soon if I'm honest, I see it lifting from here but it's going to take time to get off the bottom. But at least we can hold knowing it may actually become what it set out, we may well be in to the pennies at some point in the year, and we won't have to listen to crass people calling us mugs on investment forums for simply making an investment on good faith, which at time was positive. Only for the company to struggle getting it off the ground, which isn't our fault, but we get the insults all the same.

No one invests long term, and then is a compete idiot for holding onto the investment on bad periods, its usually the ones that knuckle down the hardest, that get the most rewards.

Started off a small investment, when I started this game, its perhaps turning out quite lucrative long run this all goes smoothly.

The only guarantee, is were giving howard some, well that's obvious, he owns it, and waste2tricity seem to contract it, or the technology itself as that's what their business is, 8 employees, their main product, our technology. Swanny investing, 2 days prior to GBML meeting, an open tour if the facilty the day before the escrow date, things are lining up as expected.

Last year i wasn't even interested, I'd invested but it seemed one thing after another.

NOW, it feels like it arrived, 12 months late, but I've seen worse for sure. Don't want to get ahead of myself, but these are acting like it's a formality and I'm sure they will be aware of how party's are viewing all this and have showcased confidence in areas, that all is well, as have the company's now attached.
