I think trying to second guess the market, best just to concentrate on the ouput thats coming out the company and the market will adjust accordingly when its ready. Little streams of information help build a case, but one will confirm something that you are anticipating. It's all a risk, you just have to work out the information put in front of you. Judge it by their actions, reactions and not early market perception. There will be holders here, sitting very well understanding this

· As stated above, in the unlikely event the Equity Fundraise does not complete within 90 days, the notes under the CLN become repayable in cash or convertible (at the Company's election) into shares at a 20% discount to the closing share price on the trading day immediately preceding the conversion date.

· The CLN is unsecured and interest free.

· No Investor is permitted to exercise notes to the extent that, as a result of such exercise, the Investor will own or control more than 2.99% of the issued ordinary shares of the Company.

· No Investor is permitted to exercise notes (in whole or in part) held by it to the extent that, as a result of such exercise, the Investor (together with persons "acting in concert" with it, as such term is applied for the purposes of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers) will own or control more than 29.99% of the issued ordinary shares of the Company.

· The Company is subject to a 90-day standstill from the date of the CLN on general equity issuances, subject to carve outs in respect of, amongst other things, issues in connection with existing options and warrants and issues to the Company's employee benefit trust.

· For a period of 180 days from the date of the CLN, each Investor has a right to participate in further fundraisings by the Company up to a maximum aggregate value of £5 million.

· The CLN includes standard terms relating to events of default, warranties by the Company to the Investor, change of control provisions and negative covenants.

I posted a YouTube link last night of a very recent interview with the ceo and another member of management. They spoke about the recent acquisitions and briefly what they expect and plan. The spirit, financial confidence and positive future talk sounds positive, but if im honest underwhelmed at some rhethoric surrounding next stages of onsight excavation tasks. Talks of small team, words like hopefully, should be and a lack of confidence in ability seemed the sense I got, but the rhethoric on it being beneficial positive.

They are early Explorer company. Their MO is locate, explore, and estimate and sell acquisitions. At no point do they mention their intention to mine the materials, or if they have the necessary infrastructure or equipment to do that. Their involvement in Finland is only 38(ish) percent in that the other company faciltates the drilling, sampling etc. So that reads they likely dont. Cash surplus fantastic. And sites well renowned in Tier 1 jurisdictions with the best regulations, access and infrastructure in surrounding areas so getting good use of capital must remain priority.

Get it looked at, get it drilled, get it estimated and get it sold or a partner on board willing to mine. Uranium would quality as still profitable from a JV

I located that but you hadn't specified it was a CLN so in fear of presenting something not correct your question i didn't fancy being the Dumbest person alive and the Scum of the Earth just in case. Always willing to help, but this guy has literally destroyed this board and any amicable discussions that can commence. He has no interest in the company, thats the bizzare part its now just a borderline Narcissistic battle on steroids. I had to unfiltered him, intrigued by what he had to say to my Chum castle. I scrolled back, to where he said 2p to 3p a share, can not believe he is now playing rhe Victim and has never deramped. Literally badgered anyone and everyone on their opinions for weeks whilst calling it a scam company. And now claims im a deramper, for mentioning 2p. No one knows the direction of this stock in the short term, certainly not him. He hasn't called much right in terms of SP Performance for ages.

He lost me on EEE, when claiming its a terrible stock, operating on loss and 95% down from 15 years ago. So has no idea about mining companies, so is not qualified to make judgements. Millionaire tho, Amazon was it? Few months ago it was a story about Apple.

Having not spoken before, and I can't speak for others your abuse become tiring. I know how warrant structure works, this could, COULD go as low as 2p, or there could, COULD be aspects we are dismissing. Its speculative investing, its speculation and neither could end up correct.

Although I will take responsibility for going to war, having now been on forums long enough its evident how one can be perceived by their short post history, their questions and naivety. Even their lack of presentation to output of thoughts can reflect a person's intellect and with it, attract a certain view and some harsh abuse. Its not ok, but I get the whole situation a bit more clearly now, and given i tried to branch out and move on and discuss it with him, his followers persisted in their campaign. Then the Dossier arrived.

Im a good person, it would end with an apology and I move on. But thats the difference between us, he hasn't got that ability in him to drop the fasard that this rivalry never cost him mentally, as I know it effected my time here

It was the personal nature of the attacks prior to its eventual drop in question, encouraged by his dismissal of a new member, and the silent but very much parley to his close group who felt that was a polite way to treat posters new to proceedings keen on investing, but still not up to speed. It struck a cord, as the notion of Peakdread asking a simple question, and being told to basically put up and shut up and be grateful. Thats not how it works really.

If, I had not recieved that level of abuse, take in mind im 50 posts in, new to forums and expecting a good experience, smart admirable investors it began with that!

The response after the drop, was even worse. Im very hated here, but they only had themselves to blame. So no, I won't see the treatment of others go unchallenged, Cev not peakdread can go back in his box until he has nice things to say to others, and quits licking backside

Case in question:

I too like Peakdread had questions regarding a rise i felt unsustainable, and as chief and commander of this board I felt questions could be facilitated given his extensive knowledge beyond mine at that juncture and time constraints on should I purchase, all that will be taken on face value and ultimately my decision. His input was dismissive, his rhethoric echoed his ardent followers I was a deramper an idiot, and that the consensus was how dare I challenge a notion put forward to his, that I just felt differently to its oncoming direction. His notion i had less than maybe 50 posts, negated the fact I understood more than he gave me credit, him highlighting my post count and the rhethoric used to someone demean my position caused me unwarranted abuse from heavily involved LTHs and his lack of appetite to engage let them run wild. I assessed what was given back to me, on good faith acquired some shares and believed that respect and admiration was awarded so I will take that on board.

It dropped 60 to 70%, and was he there for questions? His answer was its likely not for me, and I should sit this one out, and all the abuse came.

Imagine i did? Sat it out? Or succumb to the barrage? He may be your Saint, but i only enjoy his content not him personally till he has the balls to apologise

One would think he has perhaps learnt some valuable lessons when placing himself in such lofty positions on how to conduct himself to growing questions when offering information that holds sway and opinion on forums.

Its not unnoticed that he has addressed these issues of communication since challenged by posters deemed mentally unfit.

If your expecting 50 to 100% rises each time they produce 2 Drill results at this stage, your best sitting these types of investments out. They are 2 good Drill results, but 2 holes doesn't make a find, 2 results doesn't make an estimate, it just builds up a growing case for investing. It won't reverberate far, or add volume that would require a whole bunch of Rich dense MF,s with nothing to do and cash to burn. Thats Drill 0015, 0016. Lets get to the end 0025 so 8 more holes and if the results are same perhaps you will get what you desire, or have merit for complaints.

There is also other sites. Its drip fed perhaps to keep it here free from early warrant calls and perhaps a raise in capital for stages further.
