RE: So FD could take this private for whatever price they like5 Sep 2025 10:17
3 to 4 million for what? And cancel all the warrant structure that's already in place, and just give them the 47% of the company anyway? The waiver, is so they can excersize the warrants at a pace needed for funding, but a waiver that they don't trigger a take over. One they are not seeking, or looking to maintain that position. The shares for the new excersize of warrants will enter the market, which FD have agreed and my sentiment on that is they will likely sell them onto retail at a profit on progress thus reducing their holding. The issue is the SP, along with cash and excersizing warrants at 2.4p without anyway of them selling them on without volume or demand means they can add cash, but they run the risk of 30% takeover rule not being able to forward sell them, or good value.
This looks to solve that equation
