Ex, FWIW I have a free LinkedIn account and have never had a paid-for account. I was able to view Aubrey's profile OK.

I also took a look at Aubrey's LinkedIn profile. He lists, amongst other things, his language proficiencies. I was surprised to see that French language was not mentioned. I've never been to either of the Congos but I would imagine French being essential in order to get things done on the ground and with the authorities there.

Was anyone else expecting to see French language proficiency as a prerequisite for such a position?

Pitfield will be monetised well before Empire needs to build a full scale mine. Shaun Bunn knows the obvious reality that the further the Pitfield project progresses the greater its value will be. Progress thus far has been at an extraordinary rate.

Pitfield will become increasingly hard to ignore. Titanium/critical minerals incumbents will not want their competitors to take Pitfield. Shaun is very aware of this.

In the meantime things are progressing at impressive speed to prove and prepare the project for a huge open pit TiO2 mine at Thomas with a pathway to Ti metal production. They will take it all the way if they have to but they won't need to. The most interesting question, for me, is how far down this path Empire will get before somebody cuts a 10 figure cheque. IMO, it will probably happen at the end of 2025 or early 2026.

And yes, I am fully expecting Aussie federal assistance as a sweetener.

Shaun Bunn is in his 60's now. He's a smart guy with a sound perspective. He will want to cash-out big-time while he's still young enough to enjoy spending his riches.

...I had not thought of this possibility (wow). IMO that would be an ugly situation were we to find any truth to it. If GIS has transacted any part of their offtake rights then this should be RNS'd? Surely?

I remain invested and hopeful of a positive outcome. But the fact that there are still these important missing pieces of our puzzle at this late stage (hopefully) in ZIOC's journey makes me feel that management are treating us with less respect than I am used to.

Regarding Zanaga's BVI incorporation, what impact is this likely to have (if any) to the fortunes of minority shareholders such as us?

I am not at all well versed in such matters so forgive me if this is question has no relevance, etc.

At the March presentation hosted by Shard in London, MK described Phil Mitchell as a 'legend'. MK described Mitchell and the other new guys in a way which implied (to me at least) that they would be involved in progressing the project towards a sale.

Like others I bought into repeated recommendation of Tom Winnifrith on Obtala/Woodbois. He describes himself as a 'guru' but from my hard-earned experience he is so only in his own mind.

Thankfully I sold at a loss some years ago and I'm sorry (though not surprised) at how things have got worse.

Ever since the March '25 Shard presentation, I've been able to sell my entire ZIOC position (>500K shares) in one dummy trade. Every single time I tried. I also noticed that there were no shares to buy around lunch time. With the reported broker phone calls and the stellar buys this morning it seems the big-pocketed buyer(s) is/are getting impatient. Hopefully they know something that we don't. Good luck everyone.
