There seems to be a lot of misunderstanding about MM's and how they operate. MM's find this lack of knowledge amusing (I know because I've taken the trouble to speak with MM's - including one of the London outfits which makes a market for EEE).

MM's are not supposed to do 'market manipulation' but they will play tricks to avoid long term short or long positions. IMO this is a blatant take-down / tree shake / call it what you wish.

I'd add that EEE's current SP (71p as I type) values the Pitfield resource at around $1B. Clearly, we believe that Pitfield is worth a lot more than that but, until the MRE hits, this might be regarded by the market as being a psychological comfort zone or goldilocks level for current valuation.

It's well over 2 weeks since Starbright said he/she'd sent his/her (excellently-worded) email. I think the questions are reasonable and, ordinarily, should be fielded in a few days at most. Since Starbright was open in sharing the questions with us I imagine the answers would be shared with us also.

If the Company was hiding something I would expect them to not reply. Another reason for not replying might be that management views ordinary shareholders as being not important enough to deserve a reply (imagine that). A holding/acknowledgement/apology reply would be a bare minimum which I would regard as respectful.

The question is not whether the project is being pushed forward.

It seems the recurring question being asked is, ultimately, whether we PI's will benefit from the project in a full and fair manner i.e. the same terms as shareholders who have the privelege of an inside/management position.

Transparency, accountability and respect should not be too much to expect.

Yes, the titanium mineralisation does indeed go several km deep according to geophysics but beyond the approx 50m weathered cap the mineralisation changes from rutile/anatase to titanite.

Titanite is less-understood in terms of high volume processing into saleable TIO2. Titanite will also be considerably more expensive to process.

My personal suspicion is that the titanite could be economically mined and processed. But when you have billions of tonnes (and billions of dollars) of better stuff sitting on top, why would you? Development of a titanite process flow sheet would delay our path to riches. In my communications with Empire I have asked this same question and received a similar answer.

In a couple of decades when SB's successors are looking into a vast 50m deep open pit full of titanite then I suspect they'll look at this again.
