By my reckoning...

- EEE owns 70% of Pitfield

- EEE has 693.4M shares outstanding

- EEE has an additional 0.13295M warrants outstanding

- EEE has an additional 24.50M options outstanding

Thus the outstanding options + warrants account for an additional 3.55% of the outstanding shares.

Applying this factor to the 70% ownership of Pitfield, current EEE shareholders have 67.51% ownership of Pitfield.

So earlier today when the SP was 26.25p and cratering I stuck my neck out pubicly and said we had a 50/50 chance of finishing above 29.9p. That 14% reversal, to a non-chartist, should seem to be a very bold call under the circumstances - especially after 6+ weeks of downtrend. If it wasn't today I was more than 50/50 confident of a reversal in the next few days.

Yes, I absolutely do believe that charts apply to EEE. How else do you think I made the call? And do you think I had the courage of my convictions and bought more today? Yes, absolutely. While you were telling everyone that I don't have a clue, I was busy liquidating other positions and buying more EEE.

Yet you said publicly that I don't have a clue. That was probably the funniest post of the day for which I am grateful.

By the way, today's candle is a bullish hammer. Now would be an opportune time for you to educate yourself on its significance. Or just be like Cevodniya if you prefer.

I should correct my own support level slightly. My opinion on the support range is actually 25.5p to 30p and not 26p to 30p as I said a few minutes ago.

This is not just a guess but based on the volume profile of the early summer period when the SP traded in this range for several months before taking-off. This is the rationale to my support thesis.

I would also give a 50% probability for a close at 29.9p or higher today.

Katinka, I am pleased to inform you that I didn't buy at the top. In the past 2 days I have bought back in 900K shares (check my post history with some of my actual trades) - having bought 2 1/2 years ago and sold as the SP came off the late summer/autumn highs.

FWIW I believe that the 26-30p region is the bottom. Investors can get in here at a 30% discount to the recent 40p placing if they want. I don't see much of an immediate bounce but I believe that the SP is significantly de-risked at this level.

It's kind of Kev to offer his wisdom but I would caution folks from taking investment advice from Kev...

Japanone, IMO this is a great time to buy.

- 30p has been a pivot level since 23rd June and more recently a key support level.

- As master RSI says there was a small gap to fill just below 30p which was filled today.

- Big buyers are now very active as is evidenced by my own dummy sells

FWIW I bought back 900K shares mostly today (500K) and late yesterday (400K). I am certainly putting my money where my mouth is and I'm hoping that I made the lives of the market manipulators as difficult as possible - especially this morning.
