The NDA puts a damper on financials

THIS WAS KNOWN FOR THE PREVIOUS 5 MONTHS.

The product was launched, investors were told prior to that, Mr Ashman Ashman would add detail the following week.

This was done for a reason, that no doubt we will find out on Wed.

The problem is :

Some here have not understood what a Blockbusting product, or service, can do to a share price.

Sit back , relax and watch.

My money is on Mr Ashman sinking a few hundred pints, bought by others, over the next 18 months. I take my hat off to you, for offering up the first pint.

Top of the long list will be Tom Winnerfrith, followed by PJ.

Never forget, Croda revenue projections are known to Mr Ashman , which in my view, allows all the crap handed out by some on this BB to fly directly over his head.

Mr Ashman is , we have been told , also working on deals within 3 or 4 of the pillars

Now add on the growth from the two purchases last year..

As shareholders one sees perhaps 1/3 rd of the full picture.

Hence, as a shareholder myself it makes Absolute sense to sit back and watch Mr Ashman and his team deliver.

Understood , my point has been that the S/A wanted to smash the brokers forecast in a full year trading update in July.

The pressure on him to put out updates prior to that has been well over the top.

The constant attacks from the same group of shareholders has proved utterly pointless.

Hence my personal view , just leave the chap alone, stop the bashing , and watch as he delivers.

Was the day I started the thread and two days later I posted that something was wrong and sold my holding .

So I did what perhaps you should do here.

Namely if you don’t like the director , sell up and move on.

Or simply let mr Ashman get on with the job in hand, and watch the cash roll in.

The moaners have archived nothing here over the last 6 years.

Perhaps a change of tack is in order. ?

Pj Clancy, as you can see, I do what I say, which is perhaps what’s some should do here.

If one does not like the stock you have invested in , it’s best just to sell up and move on.

Re SYME ;

If you at my posts you will see I invested in this company after researching its business model .

After a week or two I came to the conclusion that all was not well with that company and I posted I had sold, ( and the reasons.)

Thus if you don’t like a stock you have bought , sell it and move on.

Tom Winnerfrith has been on the SYME case for 3 years , end result, 3 wasted years attacking the directors, to no avail.

Mr Ashman has a track record going back decades.

He is just the man for the job, as you are about to witness.

The share price reflects investors views, the market in general, and in this case, the time it has taken to get to market.

I have made outstanding returns buying into companies , often taking on holdings from institutions , who have basically GIVEN UP, at the EXACT inflection, point when they should have been buying the farm.

I will not give advice , but one needs to step back from SBTX, follow Croda , who are going to make SBTX investors rather rich , in my view.

SBTX is Absolutely fine , low debt, going cash flow positive , and growing faster than a steam train.

Let’s start from the beginning.

Croda are the number on producer of anti ageing skin care ingredients for the cosmetic industry

They are replacing 25 year old technology used in those ingredients , with something that is better, proven by science, sustainable and green.

The sums required, are those around pace of adoption.

Adoption will be rapid, it is getting near impossible to attract end consumers to keep using products full of dirty chemicals.

The cosmetic industry advertising budgets go to waste.

Look at the mega players note the % of revenues spent on attracting consumers., you will be shocked. !!!

All SBTX shareholders need to do is sit back and relax as Croda sets off on its quest to grow its revenues and margins at pace

The product was given the go ahead long before the trial results were known

Ashman told investors that it was the price that may change is results were fabulous, which they were. !!

Expect product to be on the shelf within weeks , possibly days .

The only one out of his depth , is , i am afraid, your good self .

Mr Ashman is well within his rights to close shop with investors, bar the results, AGM and the odd RNS.

Have you ever thought it would be a great deal less hassle for himself, if he did. ?

The share price will respond when profits show , ( which they will )

The broker will then start the upgrades

Croda and the cosmetic industry will be lapping it up , as they all need to go green, overnight.
