You are absolutely correct , my research has always pointed to SBTX being a growth company like no other.

The number of revenue streams for this tiny company will exceed perhaps 10 within 18 months .

It’s the quality, margins, and recurring nature, of those revenues that will begin to be recognised by the market going forward.

The shares are grossly undervalued, for proof, just tune into the company podcasts on YouTube and get your calculator out.

Those that wait for the numbers to show in future SBTX accounts, may end up paying handsomely for the shares.

It just confirmed that in my view this stock is like no other.

Still way under half the brokers 56p valuation, who by the way, has no forecast for any period after JUNE 30TH 2025.

The broker is unable to forecast Croda revenues as they are covered by an NDA.

2025 has started well with good revenue growth in all businesses and markets. I will come to

outlook later but (as you can see from the arrows on the bottom of the slide) we expect

Consumer Care and Life Sciences to grow this year with Industrial Specialities broadly flat.

The growth will be down to new and protected products hitting the market

The day after the Croda deal was signed in 2019 Croda had a market cap of £1.3Bn

Today is £3.56Bn

Not only are SBTX going to be growing faster than a rocket , but so are Croda, be it at a slower pace.

Point 1/ they were privy , but only the days prior to the placing . Not 4 months after

Point 2 / They sell as they want to reduce their position from the DAY after the placing

Point 3 / it’s very good news for potential investors to be able to pick up shares without paying a premium .

Call it what you like, this is the risk game, after some placings the price keeps falling and the owners of the placing shares have a choice .

Sell for a loss, or hang on in and hope.

From a long term investors point of view the time to invest is just before cash flow positive and profits.

Thats what we have been told is on the cards at SBTX.

Since the placing at SBTX the winners have been those who purchased at prices above the placing price.

The loser's are those that sold stock they received in the placing

They miss judged demand

They only buy into placing at a discount to the share price on the day .

Thats the first safety net.

They also have access to the broker and company over future prospects .

So yes some carrot is offered to those who take up the placing.

Some of those that take part in placings have no intention of following the company.

To them it’s just company A,B,or C.

Hence they sell as soon as they can for the margin they can get.

They can only play that game if there is liquidity in the stock.

So they sell when they can , at whatever the price might be.

They are not looking for a pound, they don’t want to hold the stock, they need cash to buy into the next placings in the market.

The very time to buy is clearly when stock is in the market, when it has dried up , your going to pay more for the shares. This applies within any company not just SBTX

We also know, new joint patents were in the process of application late last year, based on the final product and its claims.

Matrixyl is used in 4,000 products, the new Lysate is going to be a named ingredient on the packaging of those former products.

Not only will we have conventional investors buying the stock for its growth prospects, but an army of users.

Before applying for a patent, check it is the right type of protection for your intellectual property. A patent lasts 5 years. If you want it to stay in force after that, you must renew it every year, up to a maximum of 20 years.

Also of note the SBTX / Croda agreement lasts for ever.
