I do laugh when posters here think they could run both Croda and SBTX in a different style.

It never seems to dawn on some, both companies have their reasons, and the chances are, they are beneficial to shareholders in each company.

Croda needs vast amounts of revenue from beauty care to keep the show on the road.

Operating margins are down from an historic 25% to 17%.

To get back up to 25% across the entire company Croda requires a blockbuster in beauty, and some help within other divisions.

8% points is a massive ask but requires to be making 40p plus in the pound for them.

Thats after paying us off.

Not only that but Croda require Zenakine to sell in volume , hundreds of millions of sales per year.

Toyin, this is where I disagree.

The time to buy any AIM share is when the risk reward is on your side.

SBTX was a huge risk prior to the second half of last year.

You are very lucky they did not go bust as so many AIM companies do.

If one looks across AIM its standard practice as just about all are grossly underfunded on day one.

That said , today the risk reward IS on shareholders side by a massive factor.

100% dilution is a massive result since you have been told time and time again Zenakine had no less the SIX no go or go stages.

You should be thanking Ashman .

No Net you get over 10% : double digit is what we have been told on worldwide sales.

The % has never been released as Ashman is under an NDA

If it was just 10% he would have broken the NDA so it’s over 10% by how much I do not know.

However 10% to 99% is a huge window

Keeping it very low would be 12% as a guess

Just the same situation , where a tiny AIM stock had a profit share with a massive listed player.

It took an age for the market to **GET IT**

However if any company can grow profits as fast as a steam train, sooner or later the mob will show up.

The rise is often rapid, here I expect 10p plus a day on the share price,

Ashman knows this, that’s why he never buys shares in the market, he can just cash in his options.
