Gross margins will increase , (as per the presentation) , AND the overhead base increases far slower, with each extra pound of sales . By example, you do not hire more director's or require more than minimal extra staff.

Note also these two companies will cover ALL group overheads allowing 100% of the Croda cash as pure pre tax profit.

I am now looking at £1.5M in profits from SBTX in 2025 -2026( ex Croda) if S/A can get another deal over the line by JUNE 30th 2025.

Under 4 weeks ago when the shares dipped a tad down to the price we have now, SBTX put out a NO REASON FOR THE SHARE PRICE MOVEMENT.

What’s changed since . ??

Nothing bar , those who have researched have found not only will Zenakine replace Matrixyl., but also Retinol, a market 3 or 5 times that of Matrixyl.

The SBTX market cap at £46M is half covered by the other pillars within SBTX.

You’re getting Zenakine for £23M that requires just one million in profits to justify its market cap.

Profits over time to SBTX could be 100 times that as the cosmetic industry rapidly goes bio sustainable and green.

The only bio product attempting to do that is plant based ( think cost )

Zenakine can to the job of five other ingredients put together

That’s a huge cost and delivery attraction

It’s a Blockbuster, some just can’t see it .!!!.

Not sure you have researched what clients Croda sell 90% of NEW and IMPROVED products to.

The number can be found in CRODA’S accounts.

Croda sell 90% to local and regional players , who are far more nimble than the established players .

They also do not have any of their own ingredients .

It’s this market that is growing the fastest .

These companies have very close relationships with Croda.

Next up you have the massive issue of going green with products that actually work, and work better than what’s out in the market today.

The industry is going hell bent to transform to bio sustainable by 2030.

Finally we have the two biggest anti ageing products, that are at their end of life .

Matrixyl, and Retinol.

If you’re a cosmetic company and don’t move with the times, your sales will plummit.

It might depend on Croda , they may have a policy of setting a date , across their client base.

Croda also needs to produce massive amounts of Zenakine to prevent any chance of a shortage .
