Croz, JPM stated when the bonds got pulled that the market would now price the worse case scenario which would be more equity. The bonds will be re-scheduled for sometime after the 2nd Sept (Labor day) that is my guess perhaps earlier and none of the main II have sold (yet) so what has changed.

FFC, just have a look at there history more doom and gloom that anything else, glass half empty kind of person. Another one added to the filter list.

I will not be buying until the bonds are sorted, not got the cash at the moment and not brave enough even if I had. I know this is a great opportunity to average down but I will have time after the bonds go to grab some my average is mid 20 and it will not leap passed that on the completion of the bonds.

I expect to hear nothing from them this week, we might see a TR-1 but if we don't by Tuesday/Wednesday then that would be good. What do you expect them to say as they can't sell if there are no buyers at the end of the day. I expect the bonds to go but with more pain/less value for the PI's allowing II to buy privately at a cheap price or warrants with the bonds diluting our shares even more followed with the usual tag line " what ever it takes to get it built" and my bonus. What ever the outcome this is not the golden ticket share we probably thought it was when we first bought the share that is for sure. The only positive is I don't retire for 12 years.

I can think of 123m reason for CF to make this work and between that and no RNS of II selling yet is the other reason I have not sold. Do you think he is going to hand it over to Gina without trying. What will he and TS do if this fails.

Wwguk, there is no reason for Gina to do anything if this fails the mine is hers and I am sure she will get her money back when it is sold on. It would be great to see the II buying more next week but not holding my breath, I expect capital to sell to be honest.

I believe the term is "kitchen sinking" if there are no RNS early next week showing any II selling and the shorts continue to decline I will be happier but not sure if I should sell some or not, not getting much sleep at the moment but I guess I am not the only one.
