Good question, if everyone is so sure the bonds are done and dusted why has the SP not increased this week to build in the expected news.

Perhaps we are expecting to much from the completion/rumour of the completion of ST2. I think everyone is waiting to see the signed paperwork and perhaps Gina's $50m before buying in as let's be honest ST2 has been a long hard road for many people. I expected this to have been done and dusted for Easter and I am waiting to Gina's money before I celebrate.

Am I correct in thinking that the completion of the bonds being sold is expected this Monday, I find that somewhat disappointed if true with the SP sitting below 15p. Either JPM run a very tight ship and no news has leaked or Monday is a false dawn. What do others think?

Now that the roadshows have started what does everyone think about the current share price. I am a bit disappointed with it and thought that once the bonds had been given a credit rating we would see some positive price movement. there has been some talk about the overhang from the recent dilution and perhaps this is still about but not sure why we are below the 15p offer price. I can only conclude that this is some of the new convertible bond holders that are shorting there shares in case the HY bonds don't go. The next two weeks are going to be interesting or perhaps more worrying for me.

You could use a CFD account that way you are not subject to stamp duty, not something I have ever done but read a few articles about it.

Perhaps it is because SXX always pay the max %. ST2 equity raise 38% discount etc. 10-12% stated so I expect 12% perhaps even 15% just because it has been mentioned. We pay over the odds every time.

Good article, just wished they had used a more up to date picture, perhaps one with the TBM in it.

if dilution was about 40% then the SP will be £1.56 which is a ten bagger from where we are now.

I thought the same regarding the TorP with ADM. I am sure CF mentioned it at some point in one of the Conference calls.

Oldhamboy, Thanks for the part list. I am interested in what others hold. I usually spend my Sunday doing research on future shares and use the posters history to see where else they post. You do not need to "prove" anything to me. Cheers

Oldhamboy, this is a serious question and I mean no disrespect, you have 60 other shares but you history only shows you comments on SXX shares (first 6 pages). Do you use other forums. The reason I ask is I would like to know what other shares that you may hold.

We are all talking as if the selling of the bonds is done and dusted, but just look at the current SP and the volume so far today hardly an endorsement for the bonds expecting to be sold.

I guess with the market reaction on Friday the B rating was already priced in. So when will the Re-rating of this share actually being. How long do we think it will take for the bonds to sell a day, a week. Will it be held down with more people shorting the share just like what happened in stage 1 or was that shorting due to the possibility of ST2 failing.

In the CF presentation he mentioned the SBR doing 2m but hoping for 4m per day the exec report states the machine has been designed to achieve 3.2m per day so achieving 2m should be easily achieved.

Yes, we either do that or the interest rate for the next $500m will be higher, we will not need it for some time as we will get the CB money out of escrow when we sell the first set of bonds I thing it is about a year and a half away before we issue the second set of bonds, the next bonds will have a lower interest rate as the build nearer production and the risk will have been reduced (all going well)
