I wonder where the SP will be by then and how many decide to buy more with there spare cash.
Casa, what I am trying to get confirmation of is, if anyone has crossed the % line due to the open offer shares we should know everything by Wednesday. Yes/no
So the open offer shares came onto the market yesterday and since then we have had 3 TR-1 notification am I correct in that they have 3 days to notify crossing the % threshold unless they continue to buy or sell is this correct. So we may see more up until Wednesday next week.
Now that is funny as you will not have not a clue what anyone's average will be and even if you told everyone what your is, would we believe you or more importantly would we care.
Did it not go up by 0.06% on Tuesday now at 8.64%
Hopefully the PI's with money stuck with there broker will see it released over the next few weeks and buy more on the open market giving the SP a bit of a boost. I would buy more but skint and have too many shares( all in SIPP & ISA) lost some sleep over this share.

They will need to complete the portal and get the front end of the TBM in before building the push off frame behind it before it can launch. I guess the first 100m will be easy as all they have to do is line the opening. I hope the segment factory is up to full speed as that will use 400 segments plus before it breaks real ground. I will go with next Friday as a launch date.
It seems to depend on your broker, not sure why everyone is worried about them is unless you are planning to sell them once they land in there account?
JimboD, has she started lining the opening or still just doing the bottom half on it's way to the portal.
Just read the convertible bond placing RNS and the closing date is "TODAY" I guess we will get an RNS tomorrow about it.
I guess if there is demand that allows someone to sell them on at a quick profit then that is a good thing. So is the next piece of financial news the completion of the selling of the convertible bonds and do we have an approx date for this or are we back to the "as soon as possible" statements.
Am I correct then that SXX is making 3.5% extra on the bonds or is someone else making 3.5% just selling them on?
Can you explain what you mean by " already gone to a premium of 3.75%" cheers
Casa, Thanks for your response. With the looks of the percentages you have presumed below the chances of an acceptance of 25p would probably not happen and I guess that may stay the same until more II come on board but I guess that with them buying in it will only drive up the SP in the future and therefore make the takeover offer even more expensive. I would say the chances of a take over bid at 25p being excepted at this time the same as the £1 at xmas 2019
I can see some sell at a loss if they need the money for some emergency (PI's) but why would anyone decide to short it now, I would think it may be time to close a few shorts and lock in the profit but I think we will be around 15p for a while so no rush I guess.
What good news are you expecting.
Casa, I can understand the finances being cheaper for one of the big boys, but financing was always going to be cheaper for them are you saying that because of the OO being set at 15p then by them doubling this and offering say 30p everyone would see it as a good price. I am not sure if our board would recommend taking that offer to the share holders, but an interesting thought. I have been here a couple of years and at this moment would take 50p but I am really hoping for the dividend but a buy out is not my decision but the heard's
Ok Casa, I thought you were just talking about ST2 I don't think the Hancock deal should be part of the total costs as we will (I hope) pay off all of the debt but the Hancock deal is there for ever sadly but only applies to the profit from the mine and not the revenue from other deals/partnerships we sort out along the way.
Casa, Can you demonstrate how you got from $0.9 billion to $1.5 billion.
