There have been no TR-1 declarations not sure how many days they have to declare and only if they cross the % lines so although the thought of selling has crossed my mind but I will wait to see what they do.

So not the only ones to pull the bonds this week.

I will watch the spread but also plan to watch the gold price as well as an indicator plus the US 10 year bond to see if gold drops as people come out of it and to see if the bond goes back above 2% The reason I looked at the 0.20% was due to it being about that for most of this year and it was probably about that when SXX/JPM decided to go this way for finance.

If it is time stamped 16.35 it is the uncrossing trade and happens every day.

Thanks for that John, so I found a chart for the last year for the 10-2 us yield spread and today the spread is 0.12 % looking back over the year the highest spread was about 0.35% the average up until Dec 18 looks about 0.24% but fluctuated between 0.16% and 0.20% for most of this year. So would I be correct and saying anything above 0.20% would be good/great.

So we have been told that the bond market was very bad on the lead up to our bond issue, so what indicators can we use to judge if the bond market is getting better or worse. I expect an RNS near the end of this month confirming the high yield bonds have been re-launched but how will we know if if the market is good or bad. Will there be a 3 week road show or will this be reduced.

The truth is everyone selling High Yield bonds are needing cash for there business otherwise why put them out there.

ffc, I have never meet any of the BOD have you? I know CF has a lot of shares and everyone on this BB wold be happy with such a large holding but how many has he actually paid for. I trust no one and to old to start now.

Causal, you are right but I could pay off 20% of my mortgage not the outcome I was looking for but better than nothing. I think this will come good but worried that CF will stitch up the PI's some how and that is the truth.

I think most offer are between 30 and 40% of the share price so at this present moment 12.35p and 13.3p but that is based on a SP of 9.5p

It has not been an easy week for any LTH of this share and have been mulling the option to sell and take the loss ever since the RNS dropped and still thinking about it. The plan for me is to hold and think about it over the weekend depending on any RNS's that may be issued this week. I just hope the II hold the line and do not sell if they sell big I will get out.

Yes, me. And wish I had the same confidence as you I am contemplating registering with the police as "Not missing" and disappearing for a while I always wanted to visit Cuba. This Friday will hopefully reveil what shorts have closed and II have bought/sold this week just hoping some have bought. That gives me the weekend to book a ticket or not. The only good news is the BOD can't sell any of there free shares and will loss the lot if this goes belly up. Sorry if this sounds rather dark but truly how I feel watching this this week.

Dinger189, what will the sovereign wealth fund get for there shares when the company runs out of money. I would guess the same as the PI's. only winner will be Gina as she gets the mine until the senior debt is in place.

Avo, I am in agreement with you on that. I think the press will sell it as a very poor deal and shows that the project is a huge risk and may even reference making the next bond issue even more difficult to achieve or something along those lines just to keep doubt in everyone's minds. This will allow there friends to close any short positions cheaply and keeps the doom and gloom story alive. It is just NOISE until the RNS drops.

I have to be honest and say that I expect more of the same as last week but if the SP is above 16p by Wednesday day night I would consider the selling of the bonds to be going well. Do we think the coming week to be a pivotal moment for the SP or has the herd moved on to something else for the moment. Is this the last week of the road show?

I think that there are a lot of people mostly PI's I guess who are waiting for the RNS before putting more money into this share it has been a long time coming and we have had a few delays in getting ST2 completed. Some may be expecting more of the same.
