I don’t profess to fully understand the process but I did speak to Primary bid, and investors do place bids on how they value them, so obviously for us holders the higher they paid suits us.
It states in the announcement that the offer would close and shares would start trading on or before June 30th, let’s hope they made a good price.

Talented 1, the offer is closed so they’ll get their shares straight away.
The good thing is any dilution is underpinned by cash in the company, one replaces the other.

The good thing is there will be more buyers in the market now to top up their holdings, interesting to see what the placing price was!

It says in the RNS another announcement will be made shortly with regard to a retail offer, I hope it’s along the lines of a rights issue so present shareholders can benefit.

Yeah your right, although I’d be sick if they went sub 50p simply because I would have got more for my money, I believe the come back story for AML.

Your always uncomfortable when you buy thinking you might have bought in cheaper, and when you sell its Sod’s law it will go up straight after, that’s the market for you!

Darren, why do you say 60p, no one can call the bottom I just bought 30,000 @ 65.65p so I hope your wrong.

GLA, yeah I’ve got a decent holding now because I constantly averaged down when it fell, I want to buy more today but trying to hold off and get in a bit lower so I don’t average up, ??

Hedge funds are like the bullies of the stock market, even when anyone comes on who’s a shorter it’s always shouting rabble, I’ll bet most shorters are pessimistic by nature, but at the end of the day it’s a market and everyone makes their own decisions.

Yeah, I’m prepared to buy again if it go’s lower, but trying to buy at the bottom or sell at the top rarely works.
