But yes I think there is a little bit of nervousness here because of consolidation, my view is a £10 sp is as safe as houses, but it would be a massive fall from the sp today which is the equivalent of a consolidated price of £14.70 on the offer.

C264, my average is not quite that low, but near it, that took money/stupidly(at the time) to get it that low after a lot of averaging down and ‘robbing Peter to pay for them’.
My pout is back then it was a real gamble, no money, institutional investors selling, and all in the middle of lockdown.

Elon Musk would consider leveraging Tesla's mega $554 billion market cap to buy a legacy automaker, but only if it was on friendly terms, the billionaire entrepreneur said Tuesday in a wide-ranging interview with Axel Springer CEO Mathias Döpfner.

Musk, who received an award Tuesday from the media giant, discussed his various interests and businesses, notably SpaceX and Tesla, both of which he leads.

Döpfner noted that Tesla's valuation far exceeds the market cap of incumbent automakers like BMW, Daimler and VW, which along with others in the industry once dismissed Musk's ability to make electric vehicles mainstream. Stroll also has got ‘ presence’, which should not be underestimated, when he talks people listen, he has a way of speaking that makes people listen ‘loud & direct’ and doesn’t mix his words, when he is about you know who the boss is.

Doyezee, I understand that investors may be edgy because the truth is we just don’t know, I think it will drive investors with not a lot of shares to sell, in money terms it shouldn’t but in reality I believe it will.

Doyezee, that was a fair shout at around 50p, when it was up & down anywhere from 48-52p, but would you really expect it to go anywhere this week, if & I say if there is anything up their sleeve then it would only be good manners & practise to leave it till the meeting it done & dusted.
Probably the one that’s been mentioned is Andy Powell or some other heavyweight board appointments may be announced, there’s only been Moers the CEO & Gregor the CFO appointed so far, so I think we’re a bit light there, MB have yet to appoint a director to act on their behalf.

C264, with the dilution and other ‘’friendly investors’ you can be assured they’re not vulnerable to a hostile takeover.
With regards to the Italians they were involved in the demise of AM, both in terms of being investors and shareholders plus they are in the midst of winding up their investment fund.

Stile, I copied exactly what I got off CGray the pr who said Invesco are invested, 3300 mentioned Fidelity were invested, so I quickly looked and Invesco are part of Fidelity.
Which fund I do not know, I was just trying to help.

Ok we assume crank is reading this and his ban should be up tomorrow, I agree the whole thing is getting tiresome and the board has become less informative, so crank will hopefully wind his neck in, so will I.
