Canaccord etc do not take over companies. Someone would have to approach them to sell and as they are out to make money, it would be a much higher price.

I do not have access to the courts specifics re Avx. Who says courts want all these docs or is this a guess? There could b many reasons for being called up to court. I would be surprised if to Do with agreement capxx and avx have in place. Surely maxwell and Cap could work an agreement themselves. To me this is maxwell fighting all the way unless someone is able to show us what is on the subpoena . Fingers crossed I am wrong

Also, if it was a buy, then there was a seller. Don’t think mm would hold that amount of shares.
