Trading, figure was small for 2 directors buying. From memory ak was buying £10k worth and chairman £25k worth. I wish it was more and pretty sure more than 2 senior staff. Hopefully I missed the part where all directors are are buying large quantities.

Court case news is pretty standard.

Trading, I have not taken up the rights. I am very heavily exposed with cap-xx and will wait for news before I ever buy more. Fingers crossed

Read the article and in fairness it sounds really good. I look forward to more regular updates and contract news. Personally I did not take part in the rights issue. Very heavily exposure so will sit this one out. When we have clarity around everything and contracts being won, then I will add more.

On first glance, it looks good. Crystal Amber is getting his way which can only be good.

Saw there is a meeting 30 December. Probably update on cash call.

Where price is currently not many if any PI will be taking up the offer. Can’t remember when offer closes.

Saw there was an update to the court case yesterday. Anyone know what it means? Seems to a bit of activity recently with the case.

I am not taking mine either. Too heavily invested. Would rather top up after a couple of contract wins or positive news on the court case. Until then I will add no more money.

People power, some good points and agree with most of what u say. I am a shareholder and have been for many years with last purchase at 15p so very much under water. I have seen numerous times were share prices have gone up with fund raising including cap-xx. Spread this time has been wider than previous raisings so Ii also starting to question strategy.

Personally I will not add more shares until we get a contract won and we have had none since Oct 18 if u rule court court case settlement. Management for 5 years since I invested have promised jam tomorrow. I will wait until equipment is up and running before I even consider another top/up. Also Ak is only purchasing £10k worth, on his current salary he should be doing a lot more.

I believe that cap xx will be a success but needs new blood at the top.

I had a quick glance earlier today. Again jam tomorrow hence no rally in share price. If we get positive news on court cases and new contracts then this will fly. Otherwise it will slowly fall.

Did I notice in the report that quilters holding is now sub 10%. Was it not much higher? When r new shares being submitted to the market? Think pco1 mentioned new investors - any idea who they are ?

He was on the call. Chairman said so. Chairman would not let him (Tony) answer the question about director buying.

Collette asked some silly questions but also asked a number of good questions.

If company is run the way chairman speaks at AGM, then we are in trouble

In fairness he did not come across great. Collette asked the right questions and he could not answer any. He acted like a spoilt brat and cut her off when director buying came up. Poor show

Thanks peoplepower. So it is 13 months and no new contracts apart from court case win. That is my point , there needs to be change in order to drive the company forward. In last years results they said record enquires but it appears none converted. IT is great having all this tech and enquiries but needs to be converted to orders! Otherwise others catch up!

I really hopes AK proves me wrong. I did email my concerns to the company a few times.

Where is the director buying of shares in the market place. From what I can see we get the odd option conversion but no real director buys.

It will be good once court cases resolved. Glad they are fighting these and fingers crossed that precedent set after cd case. With Maxwell having to bring in extra help, I am assuming the CAP have a very strong case.

Let’s hope that agm addresses a few of these points.

I have been honest in saying that i would vote against elections at the agm. Unfortunately when I contacted my broker today to vote , he informed me that cut off point was 9 this morning. I know my vote would not have meant much but i hope that management get a clear message during agm from other holders.

I’m sure we can agree that technology is there but management have been very slow to convert enquiries. It appears to me that the only new large customer we have got in the last 15 months was the result of the court case being settled. I do expect more.

Funny for some strange reason I felt confident reading the results but only time will tell.

Noticed an update on loxus case but do not know what it means? Anyone ?

So it looks like no results today but I suppose we have all day to wait. Under Aussie rules I understand results should be posted to day. Does anyone know what happens if they don’t post results today. I was thinking if listed in U.K. is cap XX not under U.K. regulations and if so what is the time period to get results out?

Open, unfortunately only speculation. Why else wait until last day. AK made it clear in last 2/3 updates that we have record enquires and to the best of my knowledge, we have had no contract updates since. Fingers crossed

It seems to me that Ak must be in the middle of trying to get something signed off whether contract or court update in order to release along side the results. Fingers crossed. He probably knows himself that he can’t promise jam tomorrow again.

Iwgrod, agree with all that u say. I always hold out for a glimmer of hope on cap xx and funny enough I am feeling good that something is going to happen soon. We are in a market that will grow very quickly. In saying that I have no faith in AK and the board. When they come up for re-election I will probably vote against them. It will mean nothing unless others do the same but will make me feel that bit better. We are all accountable to someone!

Crap, I thought they would do the agm in London. Pr company are in London. Not sure I could get time off work to get to Australia.

For anyone that did email a question to the last agm, did they get a reply ? Can u listen into the agm?

If opens defence, we can agree that communication from AK and team is poor and shocking. If management was a bit open, i’m Sure that the share price would be much higher.

I for one intend to attend the AGM. I have sent several emails in the past and recent months and no reply.

Open - u should stop posting and only post if u have something positive to say. U can always find a negative. I pretty sure that if they announced a contract win, u would ask why not 2. I would be delighted with one. Be like me and read the boards and post occasionally.
