Results today where very opportunistic which is great. Think reason for No real movement apart from spread is that there is still uncertainty . The market is waiting for the uncertainty to be removed. Profitability still hinges on the implementation of the newly installed production line. News on confirmed orders Or favourable court case and I believe we will do well

Share price is disappointing. A number of main shareholders are under pressure , including invesco, CA etc and market is probably rightly or wrongly assuming they will be forced sellers and therefore3 price is not at NAV according to last results. There has not been much news recently to close NAV but I assume a lot is happening in the background to try and release value. Only my views

Maybe offer too low as buyer believes they r a forced seller. If I was mgt I would sound out institutional shareholders about a rights issue. If fully funded they would not be a forced seller. Only my opinion

James, like you I just want the results to see how the business is progressing. Until then it is all speculation.

I am assuming that AK is holding off as long as possible in order to be able to give us a better summary on how the testing is going and how many customers have switched over. Maybe we may hear more on the court cases

PC01 - personally I am not sure there will be a special dividend but I hope u r right. IMO AK will want to keep any cash in order to grow the business. The business is still very small

I will wait for the results before I buy more. I am more optimistic and believe we r going in the right direction. The results which r due shortly will clarify where we r at. Fingers crossed

And what has this got to do with Cap-xx. Until I see evidence that cap-xx is involved I will reserve judgement.

When results come out in the next month, we will get a clearer idea of where cap-xx is at and contracts that have moved across. Fingers crossed

All looking great and delighted to see an update. Hopefully a sign of things to come. It looks like it is all coming together.
All we need is the shareprice moving to reflect future growth . I imagine re-rating will come at some stage.

We are unlikely to receive cash from loxus case and in fairness AK stated that. The case sets precendent which is great news and should help with future cases.

Who knows what is happening in the background. Communication has and is a disaster from cap xx. That is the problem. Great news on the court case and should help towards a resolution with other cases. Fingers crossed.

Ken, nearly everyone of ak statements have been wrong. One in dec, all in place for q2, last one said all in place for Q3. Who knows when.

Last contract was nearly 2 years ago and each state statement since have said very close to signing new contracts. Nothing signed! So please tell me what research u r looking at.

You lied here earlier in year to say big news coming in few weeks. I said at the time u were either a lier or guilty of insider dealing . You never answered which one !

Ken, I hope u r correct but where is the evidence ? Show us the evidence that all is running according to the schudule. I do a lot of research and can no evidence either way. Show us all so that we can believe. Every day I hope for an update.

Inclined to agree James but better than nothing.

My understanding is that if A company signs a contract that is earning enhancing then it has to inform the market. If that is correct , it makes me wonder/concerned where AK is at. I hope that I am wrong but I imagine he would love to update us with something so fingers crossed .
