Whilst we are not out the woods yet there is certainly a little bit of light at the end of the tunnel. What is just as important to to is that going back some years we called our selves a "band of brothers" all with a positive out look and giving helpful comment to each other. It made it a pleasure to log onto this site and we all went a bit outside the remit on this site on a little bit of our own personal lives -both the ups and downs - and relevant comments, humour and banter abounded us, I certainly remember when I had a health problem the messages of support really did cheer me up when I was in a dark place. For good reason this rather dropped off until very recently, some people dissapeared etc. It certainly seems to me that this band of brother is reforming with on or to new people with very valuable contributions and other learning a lot about a complex industry. I look forward to trying to fathom out about the benefits of what choke size to use to solve a particular problem ( not quite there yet) simply because it means we are producing hydrocarbons.

As I have have said we are not there yet ( some of us may not even make by the time it happens!) But a rising tide lifts all ships and I am for one grateful for this spirit of camaradary retuning to this board. Who knows we may all meet up somewhere for an almighty Pxxx up with no expense spared in the future. Here's to to you all,bottoms up and splice the mainbrace!!

Looed. once again many thanks for your work.I can only presume that this is good news (I am no expert) whist other matters are sorted out one way or the other as long as we survive that long! There just may be a little bit of light with the views expressed at the G7 regarding that part of the world in general and Uncle Sams distrust of both Russia and now china which has to be a carrot and stick towards georgia. Georgia states it wants to join western facing organisations and the G7 wants to keep the general area under its wing. I can only see using inward investment as part of the carrot being helpful as long as it happens ( the stick being sanctions)

From memory so I could be wrong the Judge only has one ability to extend the TRO which so far has not been used, however if both parties agree than it can be extended which seems the case here so the judge if it ever goes that far has one option still in hand.

This is as pathetic as the war on bangers with basically the french and the germans twisting all the other members of the Eu arms up their back based upon dogma rather than trying to run a company in difficulties

I am out my depth here so it is a complete guess. I also think it will be too late for this case but might work in another of the follow on cases if they happen. Do we have any body who has "right of audience" in any of the jurisdictions? If we have the I can see no reason for them to inform any judge of share holder interest. Just a wild guesss

Mr Mole all agreed about the timings and the nominee share holders and also the service companies but it does seem odd about the difficulty in opening accounts based upon not having all the ownership details brokers would not give the details fine registrars would not give details either so how the hell does any uk based company open a bank account there as there are many uk based companies there ? does just not ring with me perhaps I am wrong.
Agree the 2000 odd share holders are mainly PI's but even this has a funny ring about it to me as until this mess they had gone a long long way without major investors as such which I find odd. I do dislike off the wall theories but could we really have friends in funny places supporting well at least at some stage.

Certainly I would not have thought Brokers would release share holder information. From my own recollections when speaking to him directly after ones of the London events he said that he still kept his hand in with metal trading. - As such there is nothing wrong with this as I expect he work with us was not full time so to speak. Hovever in my experience traders will trade anything daffodils if you like but it is all about networks of buyers and sellers and don't end up holding the baby. I may be guessing that he still has a considerable income if he trades well on the metals BUT this is where contacts are aditionaly made IF he sold any oil so too speak what and whose oil will be a guess
