Some of the very best advice you will get from this board and any other is NEVER borrow to buy shares unless you have a 100 per cent certainty way of paying back from another source., and this applies to ftse 100 shares. On the AIM market it is a complete NO NO as far as I am concerned.

We can all guess who might be as far as the funding goes. Lets just keep it simple for the time being we have got it. and this is all that matters for the time being and it is bloody good news. I do not expect much of a rise today as many will be away with their bucket and spades. My guess which is just for fun is the Bank of Georgia. it would fit with their recent RNS which I have raised before.

Mapp You may indeed have a point! not so sure about the ignorance of the PI's BUT Zaza has stated when the time is right he wants to move away from AIM so you are in agreement with him ! Well done . The only difference I suspect is that he wants to get into the better area of the main FTSE ( he has stated this clearly in conversation if not in an open meeting I can not remember) But you have to recognise that there is process long before this can happen. Firstly as he has already stated he wants consolidation ( we would all want that this -it is just common sense) But upon questioning about this he has made it clear that upon Broker advice Not until we get to 2-3p Then see what happens. You are not surely suggesting that the Board of Directors have a secret plan to go private are you? They simply could not raise enough dosh given the latest news because by the time they had attempted to raise the money more and more wells will be coming on stream with income it just ain't going to happen. So I presume your short but unexplained comment warrants a better explanation from you as I am sure you are in fact aligned with the majority of us that we will at some point move. Unless you know something we don't know in which case please share. Bet you don't!

Beds I do not disagree with you at all. What I was trying perhaps not very well is just how far of the radar we actually are. I take the view that maybe some people think that we have this asset that has such huge potential that every body in sight is either very aware of what we have will all come good ( and we all hope it will) and coupled to that people will be getting advice to pile in. I was trying to put over that this is not the case. After all the majority of us which is only a small number of people are confirmed believers who live in hope. I would doubt the majority of investors have even heard of us. I would add as a side issue it has been sated by zaza that he wants to get off Aim as an ambition. If this is ever achieved than my view it becomes a different ballgame. I think we are in agreement - perhaps you are more eloquent than me.

In speaking to a number of FA's it need to be put into the tank so to speak that we will not be on their radar yet as for most of FA looking after clients money ( both small and large) we are not quite yet of investment grade. FA's in general do not like AIM anyway as it places too much risk on them and the continuing requirements of the financial services Act tends to make them risk adverse. Indeed two well respected (?) Company Fa's have informed me that they would not get there research depts to even do the research on us YET. It really is only the friendly stock brokers who remember the good old days who are really aware. I can not help but think some of the desire for speed of us flying is perhaps harking back to the good old days when you would get a phone call from a broker rather than an FA as a Tip followed by best advice which would include instinct in a phone conversation. Things have changed a lot thanks (not) to the Act and the latest round of miffid 2 has made it all even more complicated. Do not think this is negative at all rather than just a part of the reason why SP is where it is. I know plenty of PI's who want to invest but on advice from their FA's want just a bit more information.They have money in the bank waiting and when one FA says YES then there will be a heard and all will seem well to us LTH's

Thanks Ivy An interesting read. Of some interest but as yet not that important is the knock on effect of Iranian sanctions on US companies. Some quite good background reading for those who have a few moments as it clearly shows the difference in the US thinking and the European thinking hence you have the Atlantic Council and to some extent the Heritage foundation to help build bridges between the two. Interesting common ground on the transporters

Hi Code and thanks Ivy The key in these meetings of the Heritage foundation. I fully accept that this is at Governmental level, but the heritage foundation is a different kettle of fish to the Atlantic Council. The Heritage Foundation has a London office and has many fingers in the City. It may just be some squaring of the circle taking place as far as Georgia is concerned ( and it would fit) and IF this has some relationship to us then I believe that future financing will not be an issue. I will certainly be able to get a little flesh of the bone so to speak in the near future about this meeting. As a side issue I did post earlier today about the ever increasing fiscal situation re the Bank of Georgia ( And have a base in London) who posted results today along with other positive information. Whilst not the biggest bank in the world it is growing with good profits and a plan to separate retail from commercial I suspect so they can maintain a London presence. I would not be at all surprised if Zaza has been banging on there door only to find he has no need to bang in recent weeks. Perhaps a lot of unconnected facts at present but there does seem to be a connection. With heritage foundation sniffing around it may explain why we did not go down the tubes financially and the Atlantic Council doing the Political stuff. Instead we have liquid gold going up the tubes and if I am right all the political and financial support we will need for the foreseeable future. Never been more confident from a company perspective and others make up the confidence on the technical side!

Free Tend to agree about Zaza being fed up with the Market. It must make life very difficult for him. As a Director he does have some limitations over the SP lets hope that the good news is spread widely.

I have noticed today that the Bank of Georgia which has a London presence has produced some stonking results. They also propose to separate retail from investment in the near future. If I were a betting man I would think that any loans we may wish to have might come form here. Keep it in the house so to speak as well as common language with Zaza. One reason for the good results is the changes withing Georgia itself with modernisation etc. With the way things are going from a Georgian Gov point of view I would be very happy just looking at both results and the forward plans. This is perhaps a very important RNS. Remember what Zaza wants to do - Build a business which with the oil production profit being used to self invest if at all possible. 2/3rds of the way to getting a free well. This is very solid progress which the Market will not fully react to YET we need the 3rd well to produce. If all goes well, all the tears will dry up for us (and Zaza and co) so I am sticking with it - may top up
