Mole very quick view. Due to the fixed term parliament Act The Government is in effect stable. The PM is in a cleft stick and need to find some space for to go one way or another. 1922 committee will give her that space. She has the advantage of the turmoil of the opposition on her side. I think it is easy to underestimate just how much the Company has transformed over the recent period. Just one of the factors as part of the transformation is getting the financial stability of the Company on a sure footing. I believe there is a little more work to do on this and key to this is the income generated from the oil. What ever the future holds I believe that wants to have a stand alone Company just to provide stability given his stated plan on opening up more wells for free. This at least is credible plan but perhaps just one of a number of options which in truth he has not fully opened up as to what they may be, a lot will depend on what we are all waiting for. Whatever this turns about to and or whatever plans for the future turns out to be he needs and I think is doing a lot to rebuild the reputation of the Company and this very much means money in the bank. The Past is the Past as far as many of us posters feel but there is a few more hurdles to get over as far as others go what ever the potential and or known s are for futeyr development. Hi Mole not really posted that much over that last few weeks as in truth nothing much to say until we have some results of some sort. I do in general agree totally with your last missive but but I would put a little meat on the bone re your last sentence. I think that any very big announcements will not happen until after the Presidential elections. Any major would want to know at least what direction of travel AND who they have to deal with on what we all expect to be a major commercial gas find. Indeed The thinking of any President will be influenced by what will become a big tax revenue for the Government and related inward investment.The oil is very different and we may well get quite a lot released over the next few months as this is peanuts compared to the gas. Any major at this point do not know who they will have to talk with and in my view whilst a lot of possible planning may well be taking place no hard spend will be announced by a major until after the elections. I hope I am wrong on this as all LTH's would like a few quid for our hols and there is a chance it will be oil based and only enough for a day trip to Bogna. I am more happy to wait so I can book a month in St Moritz at short notice for the skiing with a brand new set blades

Overall I view this a is a very useful and helpful RNS. Just for a moment think of this from the YA point of view. 1 They did not not have to agree to this deal, by the very nature of their high risk business ( and at one point it looked like they could loose all of their skin just as we could as in effect we were bust) 2 They want and I expect need a good rate of return to cover their losses ( and yes they do have them on an individual basis) 3 In their type of business this is in fact quite a generous deal. They did not have to go as far as to give us options to speed up repayment etc 4 Why would they do this (3) well they are getting more shares but if the box is empty as is often quoted here that would just be money/recovery down the pan. 5 One way or another they must be convinced that what is in effect their own investment is risk adverse with a view to making even more profit for that is the business they are in. They themselves would have to have satisfied themselves that the agreement can be for-filled otherwise they would have different terms. Pyro No probbs . Actually I am quite positive at the present as I really do think that the Government is not trying to tuck us up. There are too many guns recently put in play for that. They may want a bit of a slice but it will be insignificant in my view. I would add that yes zaza has a share holding but nothing like a big as SN who is far better connected . but there are a few little local issues to deal with in little ole Geogia. All this press internationally and home grown about lots of ole and gas can make the proletariat a bit jumpy especially as there are presidential elections on the way. In my dreams of being in there government I may even be thinking of setting up a sovereign wealth fund especially as it is a relatively small population. Hi Pyro and gang. No need to worry about your comment. This is after all a discussion board where well intended firm and frank discussion can take place. I totally agree that this is not a CEO's source of professional advice. But this a discussion board and all I did was to ask a question which at the time of writing nobody has had the ability to answer which is Ok . What I would say is that I and many others have made it clear that the matter of arbitration is hanging over us and may be just a part of the either the share price being where it it is or may be affecting other matters. You and other readers do deserve an explanation for my post so here goes in short. I would add that I do understand court process but I am not hot on arbitration. IF this was a court process and using Zaza comment in public I can not see any problems etc I (and in fact have done so in my own professional life) would be asking my legal team if this is malicious or what legal pressure can I use to " Spring the bird" My view would be I have a rresponcibilty as to the well being of the Company ( NOT the sp - not allowed). This is of course does take legal time but not much as it is a well trodden path with much case law, How ever arbitration may well be a completely different kettle of fish for all I know. Again I asked my question knowing that a poster is actually a professional arbitrator and in the past has given "in principle answers which have helped clear things up and hopefully reduced PI frustration. I hope this explains. I add further many including me have had a bit of wobble at times. it is a matter of confidence few are experts in this industry but some on this board do have great experience. Does anybody know if we can put a "put up or Shut up notice" on the other side? As us Pi's understand things all we have received is some for of notice of intent without any detail.. Under normal circumstances it would be due process to give a notice of intent with a view to detailed notice to follow. Surely this has to be served in reasonable time and without unnecessary delay. We all know the wheels of the law turn slowly but nobody should just fire off a notice without some reasonable clue as to what detail they need to add to XYZ's claim. I am rather coming from a common sense point of view so could be wrong anybody got any expertise / experience of the correct process stuff?
