We are told that the NEPA process should be streamlined as per a Trump directive.
I felt the slip of results to mid Feb was a pointer that PC was expecting news by then.
Whenever it is I am holding. Like you I feel SP will have a good run on permit completion. The big gains will be on offtake and really big gains if/when we get up to those top end production figures (100K tons Perlite and 500K Pozz)) - that is a Business worth big money. My plan is to derisk on permit / offtake then leave nice holding for longer term.

I do a text search for open and active. You can either search Nevada only or all. If you see all you will see the most recent has start date of December 26th (see Public Participation column). That is an odd one as most have dates of 1 month.

Patrick has told us that the BLM had asked for extra info for one of the SERs so it seems all they info they need is with them and we just wait for them to do the necessary reviewing and open it up.
When we see the starting gun is the great unknown but we can fairly assume that the slip of the annual results to mid Feb indicates they expect things to be underway by then.

Ref Fulmar comment earlier be good to know how many shares are in 'sticky hands' (not a fan of that phrase but it is as good as any)! My 2 and a bit percent are not going anywhere soon.

Safe, as stated by Bplan many recent trades listed as sells were buys as I am sure you likely realise as you are not new to this aim malarkey.
We had a falsely wide spread of .12 to .14p up until this morning when it narrowed. That 4.6M trade earlier was defo a buy as were many of the so called sells on 18th Dec. Anything above .12 that day was a buy - I did the occasional test trade so I know that to be true.

I don't have an issue with PC's performance personally but you are of course entitled to your opinion on that.
Was very pleased to hear about the water rights Monday and hopefully more good news and permit to follow in Jan.

Some ‘interesting’ trades yesterday (not me!) and good to see a minor rise in the SP.
As always you wonder why these folks are buying now and if they know anything!

We all know about the slip in the results to mid Feb but heck that does not stop the Company giving us a progress update – blooming heck you need the patience of a saint sometimes.

The last real CS update was 20th Sept (12 weeks ago) and the one before that was 14th Aug (nearly 18 weeks ago). The Aug update had a lot of ‘processing’ related detail. I paste below parts from those RNSs where Patrick advised of planned processing / customer testing activities;

Following these successful plant trials, the Company is now working with its equipment suppliers to assemble an integrated crushing and screening plant close to the project in order to process the 100-ton sample of perlite that was extracted earlier this year. This pilot scale work will allow for additional tonnages of horticultural grade raw perlite to be produced and sent to a wider range of customers.

The Company now plans a series of larger commercial scale tests and intends to process the 100-ton perlite bulk sample currently located on site to produce additional supplies of crushed and screened horticultural grade raw perlite for supply to these new customers. Consideration is also being given to processing a bulk sample from the Company's NewPerl Project at the same time, for which a permit has already been granted.

I always felt that there would be a gap/delay from PCs £100K investment to a new update for what I believe are obvious reasons. It would not look great to say ‘hey I invested £100K’ then a week later deliver some great, price affecting news.

I head to Dublin for Christmas a week tomorrow and hope for some news before I go.
Come on Patrick, please give us something to raise a glass to over Christmas and at least update us on that process plant move, processing of the 100-ton sample and possibly some of the NewPerl perlite.

Thought there would be a few more comments on the Results slipping.
Was interested in others thoughts and if folks agree that Patrick did not want to be updating with no permit news or offtake confirmations. My hope now is that he is expecting progress on these fronts he can report on by mid Feb.

Just reading full year results have slipped to mid Feb.
Can only guess that PC wants to be able to give Permit news etc.

Hi Bplan, nice post and thanks for that investment thought. It has been a tough couple of months on some of my investments and I am amazed how many different ways things can go wrong in different Companies. As you say the permit delay was expected and I just hope we don't wait to long to enter into those times NEPA processes as once we are in the final stages we at least will have a good idea of an end date.
Quite encouraging to see the share back to level for the days after that news. I would not be at all surprised to see another update (maybe even tomorrow) from the Company ahead of next weeks results.
