Hi SGD thanks for correction, the title wording of those two RNS is a little different so passed over them. Seems the average raise SP I noted will be somewhere near. I shan't though rework my average numbers as not much point.
Would be guessing at bond, let's hope <$200K but truly no idea. As to timing then soon if not already. Be great if we already paid it with existing funds.

Be nice if the Company would give us info like that but as is the aim way we will be last to know.

The SRES Financial year end is just a couple of weeks away so I decided to take a quick peek back at the previous share placings since 1st Jan 2016.

I have summarised these below to show date of raise, number of shares issued and placing SP, funds raised (pre expenses) and approx duration since the prior placement.

09/01/2019, 291.6M shares at .12p raising £350K (5 months since prior placing)
24/07/2018, 285.7M shares at .14p raising £400K (8 months since prior placing)
06/12/0217, 333.3M shares at .15p raising £500K (5 months since prior placing)
29/06/2017, 325M shares at .10p raising £325K (4 months since prior placing)
07/03/2017, 250M shares at .10p raising £250K (11 months since prior placing)

04/04/2016, 45.4M shares (placing) plus 63.6M shares (subscription of which Patrick himself took 45M shares costing £50K!) both at .11p and raising around £119K (10 months since prior placing).

The average placing SP is therefore .12p.
The average ‘gap’ between placings is a little over 7 months and it is 8 months since the last one.

IMHO the ideal scenario is we have sufficient funds to get to permit/s being issued and we can perhaps raise at what should be a much higher share price. If we do need to raise prior to that then so be it. Either way it is not unreasonable to think that it will be the last placing before we are in production and generating revenue and ideally then self funding.

I think Sam pointed this out recently but it is coming up to just 3 years since SRES first mentioned the CS Project;

Hi Terrafin, my best guess is that we will never find out who the MOUs are with. However assuming that they lead to formal contractual offtake agreements then at that point I believe we will be advised of the offtake partner.

I too am not sure how much of the contract specifics (volumes / duration etc) will be given but even confirmation of a contract and some approximate details will be very beneficial for the Company and us shareholders and PC can leverage such contracts to raise funds assuming he wants to go down the route of us investing in the value-add processing facilities he mentioned in previous interviews.

Sam, yip very interesting. Recent test dummy buys yesterday p.m and earlier today was quoted around 12.7p and now no quote available so seems someone really might have paid that - question is why were they willing to pay so much over the quoted price - is news incoming to us.

I can get .123p to sell 1M

Seems quite a few posters not expecting an RNS in few hours time. I feel sure there will be even if to say successfully flow tested but don't expect detail on flow rates yet. They prob will save that for the upcoming update later this month.

Hey Denmania thanks for those very nice words. I suspect I know why you have taken this view about posting (wink). I will probably just post occasionally when there are RNS updates (hopefully good ones!). I should point out Madame and I are in Cronulla near Sydney since Monday gone for short visit to see her poorly brother who lives close by. It is shortly after 10a.m local time here hence spotting your post. Q4 is round the corner and am sure our time will come.

I just tried a dummy sell and was offered .146p for 1M so someone wants to buy. I tried dummy 1M buy but no joy.
Next second I see tick up here on LSE....

Finally got a quote to buy 1M and did dummy sell.
At 3.30 p.m spread is 14.2 to 14.88 which is more realistic than the .12 to .15 shown on LSE right now.

Still won't give quote on even .5M
Seems like they servicing a buy order for someone...

I just tried dummy buys. Can't even pick up .5M and can get around .13p to sell...
Am happy if we stay just off the radar though for bit longer as we still go the regulars here as of now.
When the masses arrive it becomes less pleasant in terms of the chat that will happen...

I could see that rise coming as could not buy any earlier.. was dummy buy attempts...
Knew they needed to raise the bid so there it is....

Sam, not exactly rapid reply but just did dummy 1M buy and could pick up for .1195.
A 5M dummy buy went to NT
SP therefore pretty strong if you need to pay close to top whack for them...

Minor correction to my last - my average is actually .1375p according to my spreadsheet (pls don't call me spreadsheet Phil)!
Good day here and seems a few folks are probably noticing post count and SP increase and doing some research.

I am off out shortly but couple of things;
1. Thanks SGD for your suggestions ref the list of why SRES is potentially an interesting investment.
2. I think the comparison with HMI (Harvest) by Mr C Cups is interesting and certainly can seem similarities. I held there but got out at a good point.
I feel there are a number of downsides in the HMI story (that I witnessed as a holder and then interested observer) versus the SRES story. I feel not fair to go into a lot of detail but very superficially the size of the management team there, the incentive plans (more issues shares / dilution), the big fund raise (dilution), the problems with the build of the new processing plant. I wish all there the best though and you deserve it coz there was a rather painful poster over there who I used to get annoyed reading his posts...
Touch wood it ain't too bad here although some of the moaners when S.P dropped a bit are not posting on the rises.

Sam, my 45M shares at around .145 (give or take) average is a pretty serious outlay on a micro cap so guess it says I am confident if not a tad nervous because the stakes are high.
I could list ad nauseum the reasons for my confidence but it would take several posts (might do that some time though). Am at work but kicking off a high level list so by all means add to it;
1. Very low MCAP (so lots of upside)
2. Down to earth / experienced Management (based in North of England) with skin in the game (PC has 120M shares) and very low Company overheads.
3. Negligible outstanding warrants.
4. Mine is located in Nevada one of the safest and easiest locations in the world for this kind of Business.
5. Closing in on Permit approval and that will be re-rate catalyst.
6. Ability to get into Production quickly and at very low Capital cost.
7. 2 separate products which are increasingly in demand and have been test in lab and on Commercial basis.
8. 2 MOUs already in place for one of the Products.
9. Forecast initial and future Production numbers that would if realised generate significant revenue and profit (we are guessing at margin a little).
10. Very simple dry mining - can mine in batch and do on contract basis.
11. Prospects to add value in future by investing in processing plant to create wider range of products.

Err so yes all things considered pretty upbeat on how things are going but as I say nervous as have put lots of chips on this colour (smiley face)!

Good stuff Sam. In PC interview he hinted that the Cement Companies will have taken comfort from our Permit making progress - that says to me they are lined up to sign on the dotted line.
