Minister Eamonn Ryan's doesn't want Bio Gas either. Is it no Gas at all Minister Eamonn Ryan?.

Ireland producing its own Natural Gas is the only option for our National Energy Security.
The Government and Minister Eamonn Ryan must honour their commitment to the holders of existing Irish offshore Exploration Licenses issued by previous Irish Governments to allow holders of these licenses to pursue their work activities as per the License.
These Exploration are more than willing to drill, appraise and put into production commercial discoveries which will more than satisfy the demands of Ireland.
It is over 2 years since the formation of this Government and it still has not honoured this commitment.
LNG is subject to supply problems. There are not enough facilities converting Natural-Gas to LNG at present to meet the present requirments Worldwide. Will the production of LNG ever meet the Worldwide growing demand is a good remains to be seen.
Then we have the transport problems of LNG there are to few ships available to meet the demand at present.
It takes 2 years at least to construct an LNG cargo shipping vessel.
The construction takes place in only a select few ship yards ie South Korea.
LNG will increase dramatically in the very near future as the demand for this source of energy increases.
Even when a cargo of LNG is in transit it can and will be diverted to a destination offering a higher price as has happened all to frequently in the last 6 months.
Having an LNG terminal does not guarantee security of supply for Ireland's energy requirements.
Ireland must utilise all of its own sources of Energy.
more and more Countries begin to switch from further let alone the dramatic
What a mess, this Irish Government is creating.
When will the back bencher TD's and Deputies pull the plug .
Where will the Natural Gas supplies come from.
This Government under the Control and Command of Minister Eamonn Ryan will not permit the exploration in and production from the Licenses that were granted by previous Irish Governments.
Britain and the Europe are planning for severe rationing of Natural-Gas to its Industries and citizens for not only this year but years ahead.
About time the Irish Media and Public awoke to this self inflicted Energy shortage being imposed on the Irish Public and Economy by a hand full of Ministers and Deputies in this Irish Government.

Each Tcf has a market value of between 2-3 $Billion Dollars in the ground.
After extraction and convered to LNG the market price is in the region of 6-9 $ Billion per Tcf equivalent.
Already we have reserves of 2 Tcf. of Natural-Gas in situ.
It is estimated there is at least another 6 Tcf of Natural which can be proven up.
Then there is the Condensate and the possible Billions of Barrels of Petroleum in the deeper formations.
The next drill in November 2022 will drill these deeper targets and prove up the massive potential within highly prospective Basin.
Shareholders you don't want to loose out .
The majors will be looking to acquire this asset when proven up.
The Natural Gas to feed the LNG plants will have to sourced from our production.
The Giant Natural-Gas offshore fields will take years to commence production.
There is no point construction LNG plants costing Billion unless you can supply Natural-Gas to them.
Our Natural-Gas Gas is the only option.
Shareholders exercise your voting right , do the right thing and vote AGAINST this so called Disposal of the Rovuma Asset.
I have been notified during a telephone conversation by a representative of StrandHanson that the shareholdings will be counted.
The vote will not be declared by a show of hands.
I ask all shareholders to use their mandate and instruct their Brokers etc to use their shareholding to vote against the Disposal of the 25% which Scirocco Energy holds in Rovuma License.
Every share counts.
The CEO of Scirocco states it will be difficult to finance the Rovuma project to production.
He is being paid to source finance .
There is already 2 TCF of known Natural-Gas Resource in the ground with upside potential of 8TCF and Petroleum.
I will make it easy for for the Company Directors follow Chariot Oil and Gas they have the sum of $500 Million Dollars available to the Company from 2 African Development Banks.
https://www.lse.co.uk/rns/CHAR/expression-of-interest-letters-6ynbh399ial3lew.html
Scirocco Energy is on the cusp of being worth potentially Billions of Dollars.
The prize within this Rovuma License is over 8 TCF of Natural-Gas, Petroleum and Condensate.
The value of these resources is in the tens of Billions of Dollars.
The World Market demand for Natural-Gas is increasing yearly.
LNG facilities are going to be constructed by the majors who themselves have massive proven resources offshore Tanzania.
The first Natural-Gas to supply these LNG Facilities and export to Europe or Asia will be the Natural Gas from our production.
The offshore production will follow years later.
The following was posted on the Aminex Board LSE this morning
WEN RNS
"With the Company's recent agreement to acquire Scirocco Energy plc's 25% interest in the Ruvuma PSA, Wentworth is pleased to report that work on the 338 km2 3D seismic, over the discovery and potential development area, is progressing positively and is intended to provide data critical to the development of the field and to optimize further drilling locations. The operator, ARA Petroleum Tanzania, has indicated that the Chikumbi-1 well will be drilled following the completion of the seismic programme and that first gas from the project is possible by late 2024, following the award of a 25-year development licence and construction of a pipeline connecting the field to the Madimba gas processing facility which is located within the Mnazi Bay licence area. The Company looks forward to updating the market as operations on this transformational new project progress."

I ask all shareholders to exercise their right and Vote against this" Rovuma License Disposal"as is stated on the Proxy Form.
Every share counts with the end game of keeping within our portfolio this Transformational License with exceptional upside potentially.
When you have the proposed purchased of your interest in your License stating publicily to the World that it is a Transformational Transactions you can be certain they consider it to be a complete bargain .
This must be prevented and the Directors of Scirocco Energy pushed out the Exit Door.
The following is just aparagraph from the Wentworth RNS this morning 22.06.2022.
Throughout the RNS Wentworth cannot hide their anticipation of securing our 25% of the Rovuma License.
"Ruvuma is a transformational transaction for Wentworth and represents an attractively priced, low risk entry into a high growth opportunity which cements our position as a leading supplier of domestic gas to Tanzania."
An open question to the contributors,
Is a final award predetermined by the market price of the Petroleum, or Natural Gas reserves as and when the legal action commences.
If this is the situation the market price for both Petroleum and Natural Gas are approaching all time highs presently.
operators RNS.
“ERCE estimates the Sasanof Prospect to contain a 2U Prospective Resource of 7.2 Tcf gas and 176 Million bbls condensate (P501), with a high case 3U Prospective Resource estimate of 17.8 Tcf gas and 449 Million bbls condensate (P101)”
A possible Norwegian workers strike in the Petroleum & Natural-Gas Industry could be about to occur.
This is not the first time there has been a strike in the industry in Norway.
Irelands with its dependence on foreign supplies of Natural-Gas and Petroleum will be in trouble keeping the lights on within a short period of time if an extended strike occurs.

An Honest appraisal of the Energy Supply Crisis s facing Germany.
"We cannot afford to ask the Netherlands for more gas and continue to refuse to extract our own gas," Minister Bernd Althusmann of Economic Affairs of the state of Lower Saxony announced on Tuesday ".
Further to this Poland is to receive direct Natural-Gas supplies from Norway.
A pipeline will extended from Denmark. This will be completed before Autumn 2022.
The projected supply is 10 Billion Cubic Meters per Annum, equivalent of Tcf 0.353 ( 56 million Barrels of Petroleum).
Therefore there is the very real possibility Ireland will be receiving less Natural-Gas from Norway in the very near future.
Further demands of supply of Norwegian Natural-Gas will also be going to Germany , The UK, Austria, The Netherlands, France etc .
The Irish Government on the other hand is not even willing to avail of the Natural-Gas and Petroleum resources under our seas.
The Norwegian Government should say to Minister Eamonn Ryan and the Irish Government
"You refuse to permit the drilling for Natural Gas and Petroleum within your own jurisdiction .
At the same time you are more than willing for our Nation to drill and supply Natural Gas and Petroleum to Ireland.
We will supply you a percentage of your present supply as a result of increased long term European demand.
350 Million Barrels of Petroleum
Recoverable estimation 250 Million Barrels.
Euros 30 per Barrell × 250 Million =
Euros 7,500 Billion.
Natural Gas estimated in Barryroe Tcf 0.5
Estimated Value Euros 4 Billion
Total Euros 11.5 Billion.
This does not include additional reserves in the extended License or at lower levels.
In addition there are the other Licenses held by other License Holders in the Celtic Sea and adjacent to the Corrib Natural-Gas field.
The link which I posted this morning includes the following text from a German Minister.

Germany to commence drilling for Natural-Gas and Petroleum .
A license to drill in its territorial waters of the North Sea has already been granted.
Additional Exploration Licenses for the North Sea will be issued in the immediate future.
For how much longer can the Irish Government and Minister Eamonn Ryan continue the non cooperation with the Exploration Companies who hold Irish Exploration Licenses.
How much longer can they refuse to honour the previously allocated Exploration Licenses.
How much longer can the Irish Government and Minister Eamonn Ryan refuse to accept the Ireland needs to supply its own Natural Gas and Petroleum requirements from its own indigenous supplies for its energy security .
