Kefi ..has got 4 signings left before end of feb ..they are all there in black and white ..2 of them are for 20 royalty and 10 m development costs ..these 2 are only ones left of finance part ..other signings are part of mine build..once signed kefi will only touch the 100m part of finance ..bank side of finance is towards 4th quarter of 2026..has for settlement of moving people from site ..the update is they are sorting bank accounts out ATM.. so in hindsight we are looking at end of year before we really start construction..which will take until 2nd half of 2028 ..the sp by then will be ???? How longs is a piece of string ..waiting game for the patience..
