When doing a JV there are numerous things that the invester looks at ...but one of the top ones are ..what has the company got in debt and how long to get out of debt ..what their ins and outs tally up to ....so look at zephyr in debt 37 m ...and spending is out of control ...bit like starmer and reeves ..extra 10b today overspent...all that is purely down to greed ..

Rookie barclays are in good shape and ready and waiting to grow ...I know reeves supposed to have said she is not touching banks BUT does anyone believe labour ..no no no ...that's what the flat line is for ...just waiting until she actually does the budget ...then you will see the sp move very smoothly ...only 2 things that will stop banks is ...reeves and US economy ..get them done then we will fly like a bluebird should ...I'm in for March which I said before Imo I think this sp will hit 5.40 by end of March...I'm keeping half my shares for March 2027 and April 2027 if all goes to plan I'm done ...

Barclays shares will remain flat until budget day ..if banks don't get taxed expect barclays to reach 4.50 to 4.80 end of year then 5.00 to 6.00 for March..this time next year 8.00 to 11.00 a share
