April RNS said PET was trying to advance some customer agreements before RTO. Still, nothing to stop CZN doing a transaction on Coos Bay. If there's no RTO and this gets sold or farmed out at today's gas, still good news for s/h. Not sure of Coos Bay value, but I recall CAD 32m ish spent already. Can't do anything but wait.
AE to some extent it doesn't matter when the ESIA approval lands as long as it fits within whatever process is going on, and that gets us to construction ready status in 2022. It's easy to focus on this one issue and forget everything else that needs to happen, all nicely advancing alongside. Subject to no royal screw ups, I see from Sept to Nov being key period for completing milestones. Blink and it'll be Christmas again before you know it. Where has 2022 gone.
Always good to see the appointed finance arranger talking about good progress on financing. Nothing like a bit of self praise. Joking aside, it was a welcome note while the tumbleweed enters its 5th orbit of Morocco. Inching closer on all fronts.
Yes, sp has gone up but that's no forgiveness for this latest sloppy placing. Question is, will TEK announce another dodgy placing before markets improve for those IPOs etc. To me, there'll be no change in behaviour. If you do enjoy inside knowledge, then you can position with confidence.
The full years certainly pointed to that and PIs were excited by the planned interview with the CEO. But then a very poor placement nowhere near NAV and at no relationship to that potential/actual growth. So what should PIs that invest on fundamentals and research do? Get the research on the pf companies right, buy some shares, get shafted on an insider placing.
So to anyone that has researched, the Conditional Placing referred to below is pending with price tbc? The market took a tumble after the initial tranche at 0.8p so where/when do investors see the balance being placed?
Firm Placing
The Company will raise £4.4 million through the issue of 550,000,000 new Ordinary Shares (the "Firm Placing Shares") at a placing price of 0.8 pence per Ordinary Share.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for admission of the Firm Placing Shares to trade on AIM ("Admission") and it is expected that Admission will become effective and that dealings in the Firm Placing Shares will commence at 8.00 a.m. on or around 25 April 2022 ("Admission").
The Placing Price represents a discount of 25% against the ten-day VWAP to 19 April 2022, being the date prior to the release of this announcement.
Conditional Placing
Conditional on shareholder approval at a General Meeting of the Company (the "General Meeting") to be convened in due course, the Company will raise a further £3.6 million through the issue of 450,000,000 Ordinary Shares (the "Conditional Placing Shares", together with the Firm Placing Shares, the "Placing Shares") at the Placing Price. The Conditional Placing is subject to the passing of certain resolutions at the General Meeting.
sp looking decent but regardless of the progress and NAV increases, the last raise with the recycle crew has red flagged this one for now. its sub 25p placing but I guess TEK still wants to raise again - so will the 25p crew now sell again and demand another bit at 20p? when does the company become investable for all?
Still optimistic hence invested but realistic that the share price will only re-rate if the BoD deliver. I don't need lots of RNSs to satisfy traders, and EML doesn't pump those out. Actually "overly promotional" companies are potential redflags for leading IIs. I'm satisfied by the asset and the macro tailwind and what's being done. Every day this project us advancing and adding value. You always need a bit of luck but it's also true you can make your own.
