To me its simple. Can Harry do the right thing for once - put the good news out first and then raise at a higher price for the next stage, so ALL shareholders benefit from the progress of the company? The biggest risk to PIs is the CEO, not the assets or prospects. Let's see if Harry can change his spots.

I don't find this chat as overly negative or positive. We know the prospects and risks. My immediate concern is a short term "unnecessary to do now" Harry special. Irritating as I'd like to take a bigger position because the stock is 3x the market cap of a speculative junior explorer, but 100x more advanced and de-risked from a technical and geological perspective.

The sp is consolidating around here. Now logically Harry raises a few quid for Hawiah advancement after the JORC and certainly after the [imminent?] Tulu Kapi project equity deal given the undoubted positive affect on the share price. I would buy more now except for Harry's track record of doing the opposite to benefit IIs. I suspect many are similarly wary and have managed position sizes.

rowka its 15Moz Pd equivalent not 15Moz Pd so the Pt and Au is included but in EUAs figures, not the Cu and Ni. Also note 15Moz Pd equivalent changes with price of each metal.

The risk to the sp is AE forced selling its 19.9% and of course the hot money chasing an immediate deal. The assets are of quality but AE is an unknown quantity. If it was hoping to score a cheap deal before copper rallied and is too weak to pay the right price, it may not be the right partner for ARS and marketing should open up.

Hopefully Harry doesn't look at the share price and go "great, let's do a placing". I doubt it. Not even Harry can snatch defeat from the jaws of victory right now.

Not priced in - too early stage to affect the sp but are there to be unlocked. The prospectivity of the land position is the most interesting value driver, which will attract larger partners.

As for Tulu Kapi, it's all eyes on this funding deal and it must be close to inking now to hit financial close in a couple months.
