Given royalties will be ongoing, generating an income stream on new scanner sales plus software upgrades to existing, the company will be rated on some forward PE ratio or EBITDA multiple. The cash injection also hugely important.

Someone mentioned share buybacks too. The affect on the sp could be quite pronounced if this deal comes off. The RNS did say IQ-AI will keep the market informed as events unfold.

Anyone see the 100k MM sell a minute before close? They were determined to prevent a rise today. Today's play same as yesterday:

1. Drop the sp on no meaningful sells and then allow no buys - at one point for 45 mins it was NT at 5.7p.

2. When Ask ticks up and NT releases, immediately buy 100k clips and then sell back in to limit momentum.

Alas, in the absence of stock and deep in a hole, these are the only two tools MMs have left.

Very likely and these are all taking place, digitally (aptly) via zoom type platforms given COVID. Management teams are grounded in the virtual boardroom and you're seeing deal making accelerate as a result.

neilin62, anyone spends 10 mins on Siemens Healthineers website looking at the press releases and comparing to the 'outlook' section of IQ-AQs 04 May RNS, will see a very firm fit between these companies. Look at IQ-AQs board and history - this is not a lifestyle small cap.

My view, its medical equipment manufacturer that will plug in the software to existing platform. That's how IQ-AI designed it. The strategy for 2020 was to focus on sales having got the product FDA approved on top of CE. Looks like the Board has found a global major to execute.
