DS has sold two businesses in Russia before and has most of his worth in EUA. It isn't going cheap. Also note RUB strength and Cyprus co - it matters for deal price, cashflow and thus approvals. One thing I thought, EUA will want investors on board to vote for the deal, so an afterhours followed by an investor call might be the strategy. Hence I'm not ruling out tomorrow afternoon.
Wow, that's a post. Excellent quality. I see Biden is talking food security now. Do feel EML is going to depart the wider malaise as the market catches on that today's world problems are boosting the value of EML and potash. According to Liberium, its vague enough to state "mid 2022", so I'd suggest May/June. That's a big trigger.
OK. Thankfully you're not running these companies. Another day closer to Guident signing and EV companies partnering on its energy re-gen shocks, Salarius signing major food industry deals, Lucyd and Belluscura delivering news. Looking forward to investor session. Ignoring the noise and hopefully get to add a bit cheaper.
As I said, might not be 7am on the dot but wouldn't be surprised if Fri afterhours and investor call on Monday. If not, we tip into next week. I don't think EM Investor would tweet about another deal at this point if EUA had rejected offers etc. GL.
Seems someone is pleased to absorb the stock today...coincide with EML at Indaba earlier?
Interesting shorts are reducing...very interesting. I guess the real issue here is the market wondering whether EUA has buyers. As I say, the rumour mill says its incoming and I wonder if this is the first real sign of MMs/IIs that've been shorting the sp starting to re-position.
The big tech stocks were overblown and the likes of Tesla, not TEK although can't escape some of the fall out. The contrarian in me sees bug business investing more quickly in tech that increases margin and gives competitive advantage. Guident seems on the edge of major auto sector deals; Lucyd appears to be in a major growth phase etc etc
Tilly, those sorts of RNS' not being passed by AIM reg, the type AMC issued a few weeks ago. Insiders will know when RNS in draft / under review. I'm watching the volume and trades with interest. EUA is not a fan of day traders wanting "news" so I don't rule out after hours.
Given markets are a bit skittish, one of the best assurances TEK could give investors today is that it will not be in the market raising fresh cash for new investments at current sp or discount too. The portfolio companies are funding themselves through revenue and private placements etc. But would be wise to let those grow and sign blue sky contracts.
Bit of a dumpy drop thus morning but good to see heavily bought. Eml is part of the solution to current global crisis and indeed its that which has propelled potash and Khemissets locality to markets into the spotlight. Might be good time to add.
