I assume you didn't watch the presentation where they, the company said

'£4m payment is subject to technical analysis by WHO, money is held by a solicitor" and they are "confident" - so thats £4m sat with a solicitor, not guaranteed. If it doesn't pass the tests, then thats £4m gone bye bye.
