Well its 1/3rd of the Aluminium processing and the powerplant. Seeing as they just got their mits on about 3 billion dollars and are throwing special dividends around like confetti I am assuming there are plenty of dollars around for everyone. This stock is a traders dream if you can just get the bounce that happens all the time just right. Traded this many many times and have only ever lost out once.Mind you this could be the second time!!!

0.2875 per share paid and 0.2573 shares for each one currently held in the new company at 4.04 dollars each. With the potential upside to come. This seems ok on the face of it. Bank some and still have a finger in the pie.
