The Russians will want to make long term investing in Russia look attractive.. so I am looking at 30p but how that will be split financed well theres Citic et al involvement and and as I said the due dilligence may well be for Norilsk's benefit.

The whole social media and Nomad thing could quite easily be a nonsense... an excuse to suspend.. but that could be good or it could be bad.

I dont want to bad mouth these directors but these things do happen and after 25 years.. well there comes a time when after 25 years and they have nothing maybe the time to help ones self and head for the exit..
I dont think this has happened and think hope that norilsk will purchase something.. But I'd remind that we are in uncertain times and Norilsk had trouble raising cash a few years back..

Norilsks warning that $2800 for palladium is a bubble may well have been a warning not to expect a price for EUA based on $2800/oz and the article below on a substitute for rare metals in cats being in the pipeline is possible. A price of 7p a substantial increase over the 0.5 p back in October.
A reasonable price of 10p per share giving long term holders a good return. 30p would be nice The Russians will be looking to encourage long term investing in Russia and not interested in the Ivan come latelys and I'd be happy with some more shares in Norilsk!

The payoff is those who have exercised their options.. and we don't know who has sold and we don't know if the BoD still hold.. they probably do but we still do not know for sure.. there may be shenanigans?.. The nickel price was not very high.. higher than now. I along with oithers priced the license at 22p ish. and yes as I've said before the ensuing ramping on the back of ''we've been sold'', (its obvious) no def news because of NDAs, pushed the price up to 44p so Lanstead got out with a profit there was one commenter who told us we were being played and she was right.
is this the case here.. I don't know.. but I am not going to base my decisions on more readings between the lines and imaginary NDAs. I think it is possible that something is going on, thats always possible... but thats my reading between the lines!
Expect the worst hope for the best!
There may be many people here who have said they need access to their cash who will come to relish this suspension.

All I am saying is that it is not 100%.. and NDAs were bandied about on AMC back in 2015.. none of those ''predictions or reading between the lines came about.
I have given my reason for the suspension below but as I have said time n time I expect the worst hope for the best. AMC? sold the bulk of my shares at 16-22p Should've sold at 44p but thats another story. I still hold 100,000.
I sold 239k of my EUA holding at 3.2p and still hold 600k.. that owe me minus £3000 as my av was .05p! So I am more than happy to be bought out and make a nice bundle! But I have covered my backside!

But will they steal any gain from POG by raising taxes.. They have been stealing from Pension funds for decades now.. The government will want to borrow and they will turn to their friends the pension providers selling them low interest debt.. and the pensioner will wonder why their pension is a pittance!
