If you add a petrol additive, say Briggs & Stratton, to your can of petrol, it will keep it fresh over the winter months. Also do not leave a car for a long time without filling the tank, otherwise you will get condensation in the tank.

Bubba, I agree with Ascoyne. I thought you wanted to sell the 212 shares. However, I am sure your Halifax Dealing Account will provide you with the information and form to transfer the shares from 212 to Halifax. Having one account will save you 212 charges.

Bubba, you can have more than one ISA. The restriction is the amount paid into the ISA each year. The current limit is £20,000 during this tax year. You can sell the shares in one of your ISA's and transfer the cash to the other without restriction apart from the cost of selling and buying.

Tullow announced sale of their assets in Uganda to Total yesterday. Was muted to be worth $900 a few months ago but sold for $500 plus some add ons. Perhaps a renegotiated BP deal may be on the cards?

Why ask for advice when you have answered your own question. Surely if everyone thought the price will be impacted by 20% tomorrow then they would sell today and buy back tomorrow. Not reflecting on you but these boards do have some thick investors.

Jammytart, Scaremonger states what it says on the can. Durrant may have pulled the rabbit out of the hat on the Eon deal but has a price on his head for the horrendous Solan debacle. There are few RNS and he does not keep us informed like 88e, our joint partner in Alaska. Do your own research and trust your own judgement. Do not rely on the comments made in this board, they are full of rampers and derampers. I am in, but the same time I trading this and TLW which In my own opinion is probably a better bet.

Those who sold out of PMO and TLW (and possibly HUR) today are wimps. Trading is the answer so my averages are below current prices. Only one way for these in six months and that is up. Big dividends payers (BP and Shell) are in for a shock.

I hate to say it but the hedges are of no use if PMO cannot sell their oil owing to excessive pumping by SA, Russia and the USA. The tanks are full and sales are low. My local Tesco has a 106.9 pump price.

What is all the fuss about the dividend. We know that when the dividend is paid the price of the share drops by an equivalent amount. Catch 22.

I hope the percentage drop, 6.66, does not reflect a future problem.

Betrayal, your comments are unbelievable. Could you imagine what Corby, Brown or Blair would have done. It is not Boris's making that oil has fallen through the floor. It is good if you can be in it and win it, but sometimes it goes against you. If you cannot afford the losses then you should not have been in here in the first place. Only invest what you can afford to lose, the market is a casino at the present time.

On the 4th March when potential negotiations concluded with no result the share price was 33.5p. Now sitting at 15p. I hope the directors are pleased with themselves, especially those who bought shares in the company at 150p in 2017. The sooner someone makes a hostile bid the better.

Why don't you all chill out for 48 hours and let the market sort itself out and give up on yor predictions. And before you all decry my lack of postings I have been in PMO since most of you were in nappies (since 1971) and my average price is 3 p ( three pence).

From reading the Holding Notices Lombard bought 4.69% at about 170p on 4th April 2017.
They then had small increase to 5.21%, then a large increase to 10.52% at a price of about 28.5p on 11th June 2019.
They bought out the Artemis holding of 10%+ on 5th March 2020 at a price about 33p.
So it would appear that Lombards average price is about 60p (ball park figure)

The problem with this share is that it falls at 10p a day and rises by 1p a week. It is going to be a long haul but it will recover, as will Tullow and Hurricane.
