Existing holders took a 50% dilution in lieu of a 50% sp rise. The Co. is now valued at £200m and will march up N from this new base as they develop the field.

To pull off the acquisition they are working on, they`ll prob need to recapitalise the Co. by issuing maybe 1bn new shares around the 0.3p mark. I said that some months ago. I suspect Ambeson has offloaded for the new guard to take it in the new direction. 0.6p is unsustainable at the mo, but as a medium term hold its a no-brainer.
