Rob, 1g/t is decent for soil samples, especially as Orosur have only really been concentrated on the eastern side of El Cedro. Previously they have seen upto 5g/t.
From Anglo's sampling campaign many years ago wide areas of gold anomalism were identified in soils and channel samples, with assays above 5g/t Au identified across a large area, with associated copper and molybdenum anomalism.
'Early results have been encouraging, showing highly anomalous results over large areas along the eastern flank, with substantial areas of over 0.3 g/t Au in soils, including some samples in excess of 1 g/t Au and 0.5% Cu. Noting that, as a rule of thumb gold content of soils is found to be several orders of magnitude lower than the underlying rock, suggest this number is very high indeed, especially over such a large area.'
