We saw £150m / 40p on the potential of Pepas.

GGP saw 36p / £1.6b on the potential of Hav.

Anza has top targets besides Pepas. Apta for one, El Cedro for another.

Hype and potential aside, they are exploring.... And discovering...

They have delivered a maiden resource at Pepas in just over a year from starting drilling.

They are exploring and succeeding. Are they a producer? No. Do they intend on being one? Who knows.

They could prove up Apta, have another year or so drilling around Pepas and sell them amongst a flying gold price.

Tolling at Pepas is just the initial idea for that one deposit. If they find repetitions or indeed the source then they may well decide on building a mine.

20k-30k from just Pepas is a great start after one year of drilling. The capex and AISC should be very low. You don't see many from surface to only 100m deposits averaging over 5g/t.. It looks like there's more in the area.

Still very early days here, but, the exploration is ramping up and they've got funds to attack.

To be fair to Anza, the top targets are yet to see a rig, El Cedro and La Virginceta. Though the aero mag is over El Cedro as we speak.

Did you somewhat conveniently close your eyes throughout the run in the 20s, 30s and upto 40p? Some serious money has been made in that run.

The share price has come down due to a number of factors, an underwhelming MRE, the gold price decline from the highs, the war in Iran, the lassonde curve coming in effect.

The fact is, from this share price level then the upside just to get back to where it was only a couple months ago is large.

I'm not seeing too many bitter people here, the past 12 months has seen many ups and downs. The share price reached 15p a few times and fell back to the 6p-7p range. The teens have been visited few times from the high 20s / 30s.

All the recent moves have been on the strength of Pepas and only Pepas.

Now we've Apta being drilled.

Surrounding Pepas being drilled.

El Pantano being drilled.

And now El Cedro is sounding like it will receive a rig in the next couple of months.

All the while, Pepas is heading towards production.

Like LW says, this is very early in the Orosur story.

Things are finally, in the last month or so, hotting up. Numerous targets coming into play.

I'm intrigued to see the conclusion of the El Pantano phase 1 drill campaign, Louie Castro spelt it out in black an white, they are in negotiations and have had JV offers. Etc. Interesting.

Everyone I know who held then added massively in single digits. 2p-4p range.

Some of us are fortunate enough through other successes to invest money that can stay invested. Personally my money can stay here 5 years, I don’t need to recycle the same money to invest elsewhere nor will I need to sell some to pay tax bills and other minuscule things like that.

We’ll see in a few years time whose still here, whose still in a 9 to 5 and whose on a beach.

That’s what will deem success here, not making the odd few quid here and there. Anyone can do that.

Life changing gain stocks like this, are few and far between. Though they’ll be more frequent as metals move up to record highs.

Nah he didnt, he sold at 18.60p I believe it was. I'm sure hes happy to clear this up but he may not want to prove your dishonesty yet again.

Maybe you need to stop ignoring facts for your own weird agenda against this company.

It took me an age to sell the 1.4m the first lot in my ISA was straight away. Just trying a trade for 2-3 weeks while hipefully nothing happens.

Yes in three lots the other was around 23000 shares from memory all on HL and auto priced not telephone. It was just shy of 2m. I wanted to hold my hands up as there was nothing other than trying it elsewhere for a couple of weeks as I think that has greater movement. Whats the betting I wake up to a RNS from Luis saying we hit the mother load tomorrow lol

Just checked Telegram, he sold 1.4m @ 18.60p, you could sell at 22p+ a few days later... So I didn't see you here then admitting his wrong losing out on 20% by a matter of days...

I'd also bet he paid £6+ in GGP with the money from here....

So theoretically he could have gained a similar amount if he'd held on here and sold than holding there.

But, at least he stood by his guns and the outcome for him has been positive. Great to see.

EAW sold I believe it was 18.60p. Literally the same price it is here now. But OMI did go up about 20% ish in the coming days after. That didn’t deem mentionable by yourself of course.

The price of GGP when he sold here, which I’d imagine he was eager to get into was around 660p. So is currently up from that point around 15%…

But better suiting your agenda stating from a much lower GGP price.

November 2024 OMI - 2.4p - Now - 18.60p- 8 bagger

But,

OMI is at a deflated price even at that, it has halfed.

In the short term, GGP has had numerous bits of news, MRE’s, GDX, ASX100, OMIs had nothing.

Give it a couple months and re-asses. 6 months, 1 year, 2 year… Not just when it suits your agenda.

So you anticipated GGP dropping over 30% when you were congratulating him selling OMI at 18.60? OMI went to 22.5p a few days after he sold as GGP fell, so he could have gained 20% before selling here pre GGPs drop. You were silent then. Not a word spoke here.

I doubt, highly doubt , he waited for that drop to 400-500 before he bought GGP? Though I hope he did catch the bottom, it’ll be interesting to see what he says himself, rather from someone who’s become known for dishonesty here.

But I suppose 20% in week or so is nothing worth talking about, no big gain, but 50% in a month or so is cause for celebration.

Give it another month or two let’s see what happens.

Agreed, Q1 hasn't delivered the news flow i guess the majority expected. The share price has done well holding around the 19p level.

At least El Pantano phase 1 is complete, the drill rig has arrived and is turning at Apta, Pepas rig is still active and quiet I reckon we could see news from there as early as next week. No real mention of the 'Grand Pepas' on X or anywhere for almost a month.

But, with mining exploration you can't really bank on days, weeks, months. Hence never putting money you may require in the near term for the likes of tax bills etc.

A benefit of this lower price has allowed another 100k into the ISA, that's one positive i suppose.

So one rig stays around Pepas hunting repetition(s) and the source.

This first hole Apta is testing the new concept of expansion and that will dictate whether it heads straight to infil.

If its expansion a new rig will arrive at El Cedro, May/June. Otherwise the Apta rig will head over once infil drilling is complete.
