Agreed. 5400p is th area to watch here. 20-25% off SP area is the area I always top up on most of my shares in general.

GS set 310p as target. I’m out here and moving to AV when we go over 300p

Both Brent & WTI are on course to further increases from this bullish trend. So far since start of year WTI has risen39%, and analysts at Merril Lynch and Barclays have commented on $65 being the average price for oil if US/China goes to plan.

Ok, what about the undervalued AV &GSK. Both have loads upside in my belief. But what percentage of your portfolio is NG? Mine stands at 7.5%

On a different note, it looks like Biotech and tech are going to keep driving the market for this year and next before interest rates go up again. So that was my thinking..

You could well be right about that. New acquisitions usually hold back companies growth over He first 12-24months, but that’s the time to get in!

Bought £11.5k more here this afternoon and sold half of my MYI stake. I think tech & Biotech will continue this lead in the markets until we get round all the financial matters regarding US v China & Brexit issue.

P.S. any dividend over 6% has to be taken with a pinch of salt. They don’t stay around forever as we know earnings have to cover it. But most companies use cheap loaned money to pay investors dividends. What would happen if we are at the end of this bull market and a correction does happen of maybe 10-20%. Look at AVIVA at 7% dividend yield andhas oodles of cash flow. I’d swap from HSBA to AVIVA if it’s based on a safe dividend high yield, plus AV is undoubtedly undervalued!

I read a note on Peel Hunt brokers lowering the TP here from 560p to 490p. Think it was to let other investors on board!

I remember 2yrs ago or so Societe Generale had 100p price target on Vodafone when it were 200-210p. There so close to that price trend! Doesn’t matter, I’ll add more in summer and average down if we get that NO BREXIT deal I know is going to happen.. Atb to everyone. I’m currently sitting here in sweltering Sri Lanka.

Sold SHELL and bought in here yesterday. Looking over the trades these are very small buy numbers going through. When we get good details of the trade deal with US, this will really fly:-)

Q.. Out of my 26 stocks I own, one of which is RDSB(10%). This year I think the $ will be possible strengthen to end of year while it goes sideways from here on in.. I have a 22% gain on RDSB, and think a better play could be to sell RDSB as I have BP(13%), and start a holding in AVIVA. My thinking is that AVIVA has £11bn in free cash flow, and has a steadily increasing dividend that sits around 7% and rising.
