It was anticipated Kiliwani would be producing so that is a big reason funds have drained. I doubt they would have been so quick to pay off the loan if they had expected this issue to drag on so long. At least they are progressing for perforation now

BG it has been clearly officially stated on many occasions that Ch1 is not dependent on the extension licence. I realise it sounds strange and it does confuse but it is not really an arguable point as you will find it in company tweets and Jay has said it to many people.

I understand frustration with what often seems a lack of detail but at the end of the the day a contingency is just that. I don't see them raising it without feeling they had good reason tbh

Would it be a risk Rob? I don't know, could they screw up Djeno by doing so? If so surely that would apply to Mengo too though the risk reward is better

Spike "contingency" being the word If Djeno is successful and as accurate as previous targets they could continue as before with no flow tests until bottomed out. I'd be tempted based on those accuracies as proving up both would improve reserve values tremendously In the worse case imagine raising 2m for Djeno and getting a dud then asking for another 2m for Vanji ? I'm not sure that would go down well based on the last few days reaction. (Overreaction imo) Just a speculation on why the extra money but it would make sense to me

True, so the question would be, would they go ahead on a development licence when the ext. hadn't yet been given which was stipulated in the proposal.

I have always been confused with this one because to me common sense says the development licence is the big prize for us right now. To develop the field with the proposed 6 to 8 drills and get that pipeline in and producing $$$$$.

Money aside. As you say it has always been maintained that we are able to drill CH-1 and lack of extension wouldn't impact the freedom to go ahead and drill.

Heck Dev licence before extension! That would open a host of questions. Would the zubs go ahead on the strength of that? How could you develop if you can't drill. I think I'll wait and see.

I wish it was too but to be fair it is perhaps the biggest hurdle as the licence is the key to the door that allows us to move on to the next stages.

The most interesting thing about this deal is TPDC perhaps boxing clever? With Kilwani remediation & perforation progressing at the moment, I would think if successful, we would be producing again within the time windows indicated....

Worth noting... They have only got a month by month agreement at the moment so it might suggest the moment we produce again, things may just change for them? (We do have a take or pay agreement which might come into play? But I think somebody pointed out that wasn't really put fully into place)

I did notice that the interview was released much later than it was said to be happening, so it did make me wonder if they held off for him to make a few phone calls to find out what was going on

Big supporter of this share but I don't get this rise. Like the hoax raise scare on AAOG yesterday this smells like a ramp out of nothing.
