As said permissions for the operational parts of works are not required. I have assumed approvals are required for the connection and testing procedures which I believe that would be required anywhere throughout the world.

Therefore we are free to continue with the operation of lifting the fluid followed by perforation and this is where we are at, for the moment. I have no information on contractors etc only that work is progressing.

Mather all I can say is that it is not HP, Heinz or Daddies ;0))

You know I like to be factual so you will have to decide for yourself if the situation is plausible. I certainly feel it is and I trust my source. Further more, it fits in with what the board have put out in the presentation.

I saw that as TPDC boxing clever with a monthly renewable deal and maximum six months. They are left expecting (hoping) for an extended deal but we "should" if successful be ready to produce ourselves within that time.

My guess from that that is they will take our gas first when the time comes. No guarantee of course but I feel they will.

As I understand permissions were never needed to carry out the works themselves but as we had been informed in an early RNS we were seeking approval to have the pressures lowered for testing as previously said. To then carry out the recent tests would I am assuming have required approval as we are reconnecting to the system to do that so that would be natural. Further, as we have been informed things are progressing which my source confirms, my own assumption is that again when it comes to testing, quite naturally an approval will be required and then further to switch into production mode.

My own opinion is that the wordings over approvals - permissions, could have been conveyed better but the important thing is, that we are progressing and that is what we and the Bod should really be concentrating on.

There is a little assumption in there over the final approval section based on common sense but the important bulk of it is correct as I understand. As also said I also understand that they have the funds to complete the remediation program. A source also tells me that the mention of majors awaiting their licences may have been misread in context. Their view was that is was said merely to point out things aren't exactly quick over there and would not infer that we may be at the back of a long queue. As I said the other day I think they have very different issues to our own which was backed up in an article yesterday over the LPG plant delays where the minister had given reasons for caution.

I understand no approvals are required for the remediation and perforation but were most likely required for the testing of gas flow. Initially approvals were sought to lower the pressure to see if that would solve the problem. Once the valve had been repaired approval would've been required to test the flow which has recently been announced as done. They are now progressing as they have said with the next stage which would include soaking off the fluids and lowering the perforating guns after which the flow testing no doubt will need to be done again and of course TPDC would have to approve that which would be normal imo for timing, regulatory, health and safety reasons

Of course nothing can be ruled out and the bod must prepare for any contingency but as I said last night my understanding is they have the money to complete remediation and are getting on with it. If successful that should bring income back to the table negating any need for raising funds and looking at the schematics in the presentation I feel there is every reason to feel perforation will bring about a positive outcome.

Random that would be the natural assumption for sensible people, however as I feel the board are sensible people I also feel they will have a good reason for doing this as they have a far closer eye on the financial position than we do. I don't pretend to know those reasons but if they are hiring in a tricky time it would give me confidence that they are seeing light at the end of the tunnel
