This is great news on Kilwani and puts all the negative speculation to bed. As I said last week it is in Black and white the we are "Progressing" As at exactly which point we are we will have to wait for the operational updates I assume but they are not going notifies whenever they have a tea break. It should be satifaction enough for holders that the work is taking place and nothing stands in the way on than the time to complete the work :0))

I have always been confident the licence will come as night follows day and now we have the assurance it is coming that to me is as good as having it, so there is a chance right now to buy in before it has been formally ratified.

For once at this level I agree with you shorting is unlikely and apart from Dunder keep repeating his indigestion I haven't said so for months. While I still feel it was happening a year ago my observations here lead me to believe we just have a bunch of unscrupulous traders continually working it to rinse and repeat. In itself there is nothing wrong with trading for the profit but it is how it is done that is the issue for me. Have to admit the wider my travels on these bbs the more of it I see so when I make my returns I shall be leaving this AIM den of thieves. I see what you trying to say but I don't feel that way. Everyone knew that a raise of sorts was coming. I got caught for some because I'd just added before news broke but that's my problem for taking the risk. I still see Mengo will be profitable for the company but Djeno is what I'm here for. As for the placees then sure some will flip but I reckon most will be leaving at least their profits in for the big one. Anyway you know what they say about paper gains or losses. Good luck

There is no need for sarcasm regards my source my beliefs are justified with or without it. They just help support them so you believe or not. You make some valid points but so do I and we could argue them forever. Just to reply The black and white of the RNs can be read two ways and that's what we are doing. The reasons for approval I give are plausible as you agree and with the black white of the presentation and my source supporting it. I have to believe that is the case. It would not be logical to do anything other. To your points 1. They have little cash, you may be correct and I tend to agree but believe it or not I'm told the money is there to complete remediation. 2. I cannot comment on availability you did say that was reason for delay in valve repair but I didn't see you mention the team had gone home which would seem a bit silly if it were the same team that continues the next stages. I say IF as I don't know. But again see black & white, work progressing 3. My thinking is that TPDC will know the work is going on and the companies will talk to each other as to a testing schedule, TPDC then grant approval for test stage etc 4. If I was to accept that pessimistic view, I really suggest we should all sell up right now and go home. That one makes me smile. 5. I hadn't heard that one I didn't get to speak with him directly but he does insist publicly at every opportunity that it is in all parties interest to get the gas flowing again. If you are only reading a part of the paragraph then you will perhaps not read it as I do, but first let us remember RNS 6th November 2017 "The Company is in advanced discussions with the Tanzania Petroleum Development Corporation (‘TPDC’) to lower inlet pressure at the gas processing plant and for the installation of compression facilities so as to boost production rates" I bring this up to show how when looking to work within the network. approval is required, hence the discussions.

Would you deny that the need for approval would be normal when connecting to a network pipeline? I doubt you would and neither would I. So perhaps you would agree that it is highly likely that I am right that approval for testing would be needed after that first sentence (once the valve has been repaired) "to allow for gas to flow from the well and evaluate operational parameters at the reservoir and gas processing facility"?

My assumption regardless of my source was based on what would be usual and the next sentence begining "Pending approvals, the Company will then proceed" depending on how you read it says to me that the approvals would be for those tests. As it has been confirmed officially that the tests were completed it is reasonable of me therefore to assume that we are free to continue to the next stage and I repeat

I am not calling you a liar, you are reporting verbally your interpretation of what you have heard. I am just reporting what is there in back and white for all to see and because I took some further effort with my research I was able to bring some confirmation of that which people can choose to believe or not. You nor they can take away what is published in black and white unless the company do otherwise. Until then you can argue until you are blue in the face. I really don't care, I make my decisions on my research and not what others think do or say.

Why they took so long! I asked you earlier did you ask that question at the EGM?

Sorry but Drewky's version of reality is in black and white and direct from the company and whether anyone accepts my sources information which supports the companies statement is irrelevant to me.

Agreed Tiburn. What would be the point if he has nothing new to bring to the table?

I expect something of a positive nature to come. Licence would be nice and a few positive signs from the drill wouldn't do any harm at all

Drewky is happy with the reliability of his sources. He remains extremely positive despite the negativity constantly spouted out on this board. He posts for genuine people who may be interested in a long term investment rather than any quick buck traders who maybe out there

Potential investors and existing posters here can choose whether to believe him or not and they can follow many supportive and substantiated links he has provided over the last years including the aminex unofficial blog.

He thinks Tanzania puts a very good point when he often states about some... accentuating the negative... eliminating the positive - Just where has all this noise suddenly appeared from in the last 24hours? Oh yes nobody anywhere to be seen during the 20% rise into the EGM vote last week. Also strangely coincides with rise and fall back at AAOG and perhaps who knows the shock drop there means no profits to move back in here cheaply just yet. No coincidence the bb is back to normal now! (He is gutted at that drop himself though as he was hoping to pile a load more in here but that will have to wait a couple of weeks longer)

Its not so long ago (weeks) when some here were accusing the government of strangling the company into the farm-out over the licence. At the same they were blaming it on management incompetence. Seems to Drewky they can't make up their mind. One still slams management while another no longer feels it was government pressure and now the vote has been passed is now saying it makes no difference and that the licence still might not come reasoning with doom and gloom of other oilers. Notice, always negative!

Only the minister knows the truth to that but if it was pressure then then there is no need to withhold it further it so it could literally come at any moment on any day.

Further on the Question of Drewky's information. He has it on good authority that there has never been a need for permission to carry out the physical remediation works associated with Kiliwani and as he said yesterday approvals are needed for connection and testing into the network which is a network operational - health and safety matter. Who will people believe? Drewky's source that backs up the his position which is also supported by a company statement in black and white? or just somebodies opinion? It's up to them but Drewky has shown his is not just an opinion :0))

Personally he's plumping for last week of January onwards for the licence but it could be this afternoon or Monday :0))

If we don't and it is gas then I assume the gas will be bookable until we can retrieve it, meanwhile we would withdraw the oil at Mengo and above which makes us profitable anyway.
