The competitive bidding article is still up on Petros’ website, to commence in 2nd half of year. How do you arrive at UPL receiving award any day now?

Has it occurred to you that TotalEnergies could be a competitor of UPL during any bidding process?

So why did Petronas act outside of that agreement resulting in court action by Petros. Answer is that Petronas are not respecting the agreement. This is a landmark case one feels, if Petronas win then Petros’ authority is undermined.

I hope Petros win and get on with awarding PSCs. But I bet they won’t until the case is sorted. They’re not exactly good at multitasking.

On a more positive note, nothing to stop us pressing on with Brunei award.

My understanding is that the court hearing between Petros and Petronas has been adjourned until 25th Aug? So far from over.

The Petros article of July’24 says competitive bidding commences in second half of 2025. Where do you get February from?

Are you quoting PSC issued by Petronas?, but are we not reliant on Petros to award ours?

You should also attend AGM next month and they will also tell you.
