The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring financial educator and author Jared Dillian has been released. Listen here.
Haha, yes Crusty, it’s obvious that he is Neil777.
I just want to hear his opinion on a ‘raise’ situation.
Pub???
Pub,
Are you not expecting a raise then?
What’s your opinion on the share Happy?
Hi All,
New here.
What's the Q2 thing please? Is this related to operational activity or a re rate of company valuation?
Appreciated, thanks.
Thanks Ezhik... yeah, saw that RNS, then a new updated one followed shortly after.... dodgey !
Thanks Skip.
Certainly hope all goes well. I would say a JV or full buy out is best bet, assuming EWT and Appraisal are a resounding success. To go it alone into production would worry me with all the unknowns and potential problems that may crop up. I like the idea of a big player who do this day in day out. And whilst I like Lorna and crew...she's an entry level CEO, not one who's used to running a multi £bn's business for a decent period of time.
Yes it does.
Do you have knowledge as to what the flow rate should be to be considered viable?
Which is great Skippy.
Although Shaun from Noble said wise words in his last interview, "it's one thing finding it, it's another thing completely getting it out of the ground".
He1 even at 4.7% purity, is not enough without strong flow & pressure, hence my queries.
I'm just as hopeful as everyone else is though.
2 questions….
Do we know if artificial lift is sustainable long term?, as well as cost effective?
And what is a viable flow rate if 0.5mncf per day isn’t?
What are you referring to there Darien?
Cricket,
I think it will get worse before it gets better as the raise/placing is yet to come. But as before once this is out of the way, onwards and upwards!
Whatever it is it will be a fair % of the mcap so makes sense that the sp would be impacted by a similar proportion, hence 0.9 would be a result.
I'm of the opinion that a large enough sum would be better so as not to have to revisit again.
I'd assume if all goes well, the next move after would be JV or even better a buy out entirely.
Wishful thinking !
EWT, Appriasal well after, run guns to help perforate, potential artificial lift, etc.... I think to ensure success they would want to have these activities at their disposal..... Can you imagine if they only achieve mediocre results and then dont have funds to boost the flow if required....
I was thinking sledgehammer to crack a nut but maybe Im slightly over board. Would 10mn do it ??
Just desperate for it to work as you can tell !
Thing is... circa 14mn is needed for all the ops work to be carried. If you look at the mcap, that's quite a high proportion of it, so I think 0.90 raise would be quite a result.
John,
The placing price would surely be at a discount to the current SP at the time, no?
Maidit
Why would Lorna have been gagged?
Indeed.... just refreshed on google finance and it's showing as 1.10 at the moment...
Thanks All.
I agree.
So we are as we were, waiting for the raise to come. Just wasn't sure whether the AUS or US currency made any difference.
Key thing for me is that if we were covered with enough money the last RNS or Lorna's interview would have said so....
"we are fully funded" or something similar.
JOE, what was the conclusion of the Noble 14mn raise.... was it AUS dollars or US dollars? and does this change anything for He1 in terms of funding for the EWT ? Thanks.
Joe - the golden question.... what will the raises look like in due course?, ie.. how much to raise and what impact to SP.
Lots of underwater folk here... if we time it right the entry point could help all recover much or all losses. Moving away from Tai3 was a perfect example.
Value your opinion...
